Perfect Ann Arbor Location
The "Beautiful A2 Bungalow" was a fine place to stay while visiting our son at U of M. The location is pretty wonderful - near enough to campus, stores and Zingerman's Road House.
The house was clean. The beds are really comfortable. There are plates, cups, pots and pans available for use and a Keurig machine. This is purely a rental unit - there aren't any condiments or spices, so if you plan to cook, shop accordingly.
There is a couch and small TV in the living room and bench seating in the dining area. We definitely had all the space we needed. Nice shower and loved the empty shelves in the bathroom so we could set up all our things while we were there to give us that home away from home feel. We had just about everything we needed.
The parking is a bit tricky. There isn't a lot of space and with two units and a few cars, it can be hard to get in and out of. That part was a bit stressful, but by the end of the trip, we figured out that backing into our space relieved the stress of trying to back out onto a busy street. We had a tiny problem with cars parked in the driveway when we first arrived, but with a quick text to the property manager the situation with the guests staying upstairs (who were very sweet) was resolved quickly and without issue.
All in all, this is a lovely property. We felt very safe and secure and instructions were simple and helpful.
We'd definitely consider staying at the Beautiful Bungalow on our next visit to lovely Ann Arbor.
