I was very disappointed with the Holiday Inn for a few reasons. Primarily the phone in my room didn’t work. I plugged it in and unplugged, still didn’t work. I struggled (because I use a cane) to move furniture but was unable to fix the connection at the wall. - couldn’t call the front desk to report the problem, get a wake up call, or find out if there was a pool, exercise room or restaurant. I wasn’t told or given that information at checkin nor was it available in my room.
I spoke with the manager before I wrote a negative review, he apologized- not satisfactory, a complimentary stay would have given Holiday Inn a second chance to show quality.
I’m staying in Ann Arbor 25 more times/ doctor appointments, will choose a different location.
