Ann Arbor weekend

This house was beautiful, everything was very clean and the furnishings were excellent. The neighboring homes and yards were pretty messy, but the location of this home was perfect for the places we were visiting.

Perfect Spot

My son, husband and I came in for a football game. Jonathon's spot was perfect for us. Clean, spacious, well decorated and lovely location. Would definitely book again w Jonathon.

A beautiful home just minutes from downtown Ann Arbor

A lovely home with many extra amenities. There was even a home office downstairs that we would have taken more advantage of, if we had not been busy with wedding engagements. Perfect for what we needed, as we had a baby, 11, and 13 year old with us. The kids loved the basement, with lots of toys and a home theater. We plan to stay here again, if it is available.

Convenient, elegant and relaxing

We come to visit family and have stayed in a few different places in and around Ann Arbor, and this is one we would come back to in a heartbeat! The home is well thought out, and the furnishings are truly exquisite. The nominal cost of supplemental insurance was worth it for my own peace of mind. I appreciate when a vacation rental prompts ideas for my own home, as this one did. Jonathan was very responsive when we had a hiccup getting into the property. The home is very peaceful, comfortable, and super convenient to stores and restaurants. We loved it!

Great location and beautiful house

The house was gorgeous and the outdoor space was a great bonus. We were in town for a UM football game and it was in great proximity to downtown, the nearby shuttle to the game and nearby restaurants and amenities. The house had everything we needed. The primary bedroom and bath were amazing. The house is probably better suited for two adults and children vs the 5 adults we had given the secondary bedroom setups but we kind of knew that going in. There is also a basement that’s not shown in the listing. It appears to primarily be a kids space but there is a tv and a couple couches down there. Otherwise there’s not a good space for a group to watch tv in the home. Overall it treated us well for the trip.

Great Spot to stay while in AA

The house was really nice and spacious, walking distance to Zingerman's Roadhouse which is always a plus and easy access to downtown and the freeway.

Nice place

Good communication and a nice place to stay. First thing I noticed was the awesome furniture, reminded me of Maloof. Would stay again when we are in the area.

Home did Not Meet Expectations

This home did not meet our expectations for the price paid, and the description provided was very misleading.If the owners have traditions, those should be stated in the description to give potential tenants a choice.Upon our arrival, the upstairs area was extremely hot for the first 12 hours, even though the host was aware of our arrival on Tuesday 7/1/25.The couch in the family room was uncomfortably low to the floor (literally sitting on the floor) and dirty. All the beds were also placed on the floor, lacking headboards and bed frames. Additionally, TV only in Master BR. There were no TVs in the Common area/family room, nor the additional bedrooms. And, there was not a twin bed available. The pictures of the bedrooms do not properly represent the actual rooms.

Great Place

We went to Michigan to attend the Nebraska/Michigan game. This is a very nice property that is within a quick Uber ride to the stadium. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful home

We were in town for a wedding. Found this home and were so happy we did! It is a gorgeous home with so many nice touches throughout the house. Well designed and a very comfortable layout. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

A Wonderful Place

This is a wonderful house in a great, quiet location. There were 3 of us (a senior couple and a younger friend) who stayed here for 6 weeks. The house is filled with high-end modern furniture from Brazil -- exquisite design and very, very comfortable. The house was perfect and Jonathan was the perfect host -- always accessible and helpful. In addition to the photos there is also a home office along with a big lower level with a large screen tv and 2 comfortable sofas. The house is right around the corner from a Zingerman's coffee shop and high-end grocery store. There are 3 excellent restaurants within walking distance (Knight's, Zingerman's Roadhouse, Seva). There are no negatives. We highly recommend!

Great Ann Arbor experience

The house was perfect. Clean and very comfortable place to stay while visiting our daughter at University of Michigan. Owners were very helpful and made our stay extra nice with beautiful fresh flowers.

Family home in ann arbor

Beautiful property with extremely helpful owner. Home is lovely and perfect for families with children of all ages. Bonus is a basement filled with kid toys (kept our 15month old and 4 year old entertained the entire time).

Fantastic home, fantastic experience!

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. It is exactly as described, with the bonus of an awesome finished basement that doubles as an entertainment room and play space for kids. Jonathan is excellent to communicate with - clear, proactive, and responsive. Great place for families.
