"I jave stayed in probably 30 cabins in the last 15 years abd this one was by far the cleanest. The attention to detail is immaculate. The nature in the area is pefect. Only a 10-15 minute drive to trail of tears state park which i would highly recommend. Saw owls, hawks, and even a bald eagle. Will definitely return!"

"The cabin was clean and very comfortable! The kitchen was well prepared with anything you could need to cook with. We enjoyed the grill and were happy to have it available. Steve was great with communication and so friendly! Perfect location for us with our daughter attending SIU. The snacks on the table were a neat added bonus. We will definitely stay again! "

"We loved our stay at the Hummingbird Cabin, very pretty location, very clean. Comfy bed and we loved the deck with a bbque , table with pads on the chairs and hot tub was amazing. Didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit. Pond is nice. Equipped with all our needs. Maybe another heating unit as we did need the electric fireplace and heater fan. Would recommend Hummingbird for a nice get away for 2. Close to hiking opportunities and wineries."

"Cabin 2 was lovely. Highlights were the view, hot tub, the comfortable beds and fluffy towels! The kitchen is accomodating but small, cooking parties would be snug. The outdoor decks upper and lower, provide plenty of leisure space. Photos of decor and cabin amenities are accurate. Communication with the host was responsive and clear. The cabin is close to many wineries and orchards, but we stayed local and kicked back in the 'off' season."

"Held an 18th Birthday Party for our daughter and friends. The home was clean and spacious. Plenty of room to sprawl out. Very private property; We didn't have to worry about making too much noise or having neighbors. "
