Private and Spacious

Location is always so important, and this stay was private and peaceful just the right distance from the city. So much room to spread out and allow our students to enjoy the many amenities that are offered. This will be our go to play every February for our annual conference.

Nice Home

This home was nice and spacious and was a good place for our friends to get together. Plenty of beds and parking. Called the number listed for questions and was answered right away with answer to my question. In the middle of the summer this home can get very warm, especially upstairs. Nice pool and cabana area. Thanks!

Wow! Hidden Gem!

Things I loved: location - beautiful scenery just off the main road (no road noise) outside space - wonderful pool area (including an amazing outdoor kitchen...no pics of it on the listing) inside space - plenty of room for everyone & nice kitchen parking - more than adequate communication with host - couldn't have been better (only needed to contact to reset the wifi router...responded in seconds) laundry - large capacity washer and dryer Feedback: The back/side yard landscaping is "under construction" with piles of rock, materials, etc. but it does not interfere with the use of the pool/outdoor kitchen.

Spacious setup

The house is good for big groups. The overall communication was slow. For example, the pool looked green and like it needed cleaning. It was not till our last day that it was cleaned. There is some construction going on next to the pool that is not disclosed on the rental or in photos. The main tv never worked and had no directions. We contacted them about these things with no resolution. We ended up leaving early and asked if there was a partial refund and they never replied. Overall we liked the house for its roominess and comfy beds. The outside patio was beautiful and the property was serene. The communication just was not what we have gotten from other places and did try.

Not quite ready for renters

This house has potential but NOT ready for guests. Upon arrival a crew was working on the gate and we had to wait in our cars. Gate malfunctioned our entire stay. The mowing crew was there and took hours to complete. The grass and weeds had not been mowed in some time. The outside area near pool is under construction, which is not disclosed or shown in pictures. It was unsightly and dump trucks were delivering rock to this area during stay, which caused dust and noise. They stopped when I called mgmt. Pleasantly surprised by beautiful large covered patio with seating and full outdoor kitchen not advertised. This was the best part of the home. We immediately wanted to swim but the pool was cloudy with a non-functioning vacuum. We called management and he sent pool maintenance the next day, which required us to be out of the pool for 4 hours. Very disappointing. Once it was clearer we could see the dead scorpions we had been swimming with. I know being in the country this will happen but speaks to the fact this home/pool was not prepared prior to our stay. The outdoor trash was overflowing on arrival and never picked up. The listing advertises a pull out sofa and futon but be prepared there are no extra linens for these. There was also not pillows for most of the beds, only decorative ones. Kitchenware is minimal. Overall the inside was pretty clean. With preparation this could have been a better stay. Manager was responsive to our calls. I hope this improves, could be great.

Beautiful property

This is a beautiful property we had an amazing time with family for Christmas we're looking to come back for summer. The only thing was we were not able to get a fast response from the property manager on things we needed to know but he did respond it was a delay I do believe he said he was out of town but other than everything was great
