You'll fall in love with Diamond Surf's “Old Florida” charm and feel. Our private ground level home means no stairs to climb.

Diamond Surf is perfect for families, couples or a small group of friends. The house is located with an easy 3-minute stroll down Beach Avenue to the gorgeous white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico or steps to a FREE Anna Maria Island Trolley stop. The trolley will take you to historic Pine Avenue that has quaint shops, cafes, restaurants, including the General Store and Ginny’s and Jane E’s. When you’re ready to head to the beach, load up the supplied beach cart, with the included umbrella, beach chairs, towels and sand toys for a fun day in the sun and surf.

The main living area offers an open concept floor plan with a well-equipped kitchen, gas range and dishwasher for easy post-meal cleanup. The open floor plan keeps everyone comfortable in the family room and dining for six but not cramped, and the air conditioning keeps you cool. Designer inspired furnishings and a palette of bright, coastal colors provide a playful yet comfortable space to relax. Smart TVs provide your entertainment in the two-family rooms and free WiFi access is available throughout the house to keep you connected. Throw your laundry in the private washer and dryer and wash your worries away.

The huge backyard is your own private piece of paradise. The private heated (October-April) pool is nestled among native palms for a very private experience. You’ll have your choice of two dining areas, a Weber gas grill, and chaise lounges in the sun or the shade. Added conveniences include an outdoor shower, fence with locking gate around the pool and garage to easily access beach supplies.

We have another 2-bedroom, 2 bath house called Sapphire Surf just 5 blocks from Diamond Surf (VRBO Listing #394277) to offer as well.

Diamond Surf is equipped with a Keyless Lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest’s stay.

Great first trip to AMI

We decided to visit AMI for 6 nights after doing a similar trip to Cape Coral last year. Totally different experience. The location here is perfect and there is so much to do. We spent time at the beach which is a very reasonable walk, and in all the local towns. Most every afternoon we could be found in the pool, which was the perfect size and a great temp. The house was clean and well equipped (bring your own toiletries though). We loved the giant scrabble board and played every day. The hosts were communicative and easy to work with. We will be back to AMI and would certainly consider staying here again.

The perfect home!

Can’t say enough good things about the property. Location was perfect less than a block to the beach. Backyard is so private and peaceful perfect for morning coffee and afternoons swimming in the pool. The home was very clean. Kitchen was a dream to cook in. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are provided so no need to purchase or bring along which was a bonus for us.

Wonderful quiet stay on AMI!

We had a fantastic experience at this location. The property was impeccably clean and well-stocked with all the amenities we needed for a great week on the Island. It was just a short walk to the beach, making it super convenient. I also appreciated the nearby Trolley stop, which made exploring the island easy. The communication with the owners was excellent, adding to our overall enjoyment. I can't wait to come back to this property again! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Property

We loved out stay at the Diamond Surf. The property was well maintained and had everything we needed . Loved the interior or the rental as well it was very clean and welcoming. The house is a short walk to the beach crossing Golf Ave can be a challenge at time but it never stopped us . The island is beautiful and we were lucky to have lucked out with this property. Thank you again to the hosts who were accommodating and always so quick to respond!! We hope to return !!

We had a wonderful stay at Diamond Surf. The kitchen was well stocked and equipped and sizable which made it easy to prepare meals. The dining and living room was vey comfortable. The pool and backyard were great, which we we used daily except when it rained. The beach was an easy walk and very accessible. Perfect place to stay!

A lovely mid century beach house that is very roomy and has everything you need and easy to find. Kitchen drawers are labeled for ease of item location. The owners were very responsive to our issues which was me not being too savvy in operating the tv remote; very patiently walked me through it. Also we ran out of gas for grill and couldn’t get the old tank off. We went to watch the sunset and when we returned the new tank was on! Great location to shops, restaurants and the beach. My favorite part was the pool. It’s perfect and the water temperature was great. It felt especially warm around noon when the air temperature was cooler than the water. We really enjoyed everything and absolutely want to return and want to stay here if at all possible. Thank you for making our vacation absolutely perfect!

A Great Week on the Island!

The Diamond Surf property was absolutely perfect for a week of vacation on AMI for my wife and I. The property was just as described and showcased in the listing and the location is perfect for getting to Pine St, the beaches, the trolley, and many other places! Having all the beach essentials like chairs, umbrella, towels, wagon and more was a great addition that made getting to and from the beach easy. Mark and Ramona were extremely easy to communicate with. Our stay was a few days after Idalia went through and they were proactively sending emails before and after it keeping us updated on whether or not the property and Island received any major damage (which thankfully they didn't) which eased our minds significantly prior to travelling down there. Would stay at again in the future!

a great stay

walking distance(short walk ,1 block) to a beautiful spot on the beach, all you needed for the beach was there for you and in good shape (nice towels, wagons, umbrellas, chairs, sand toys etc), house was super clean and kept up well. It was just me and my husband but would have been just as perfect for a little family or to have invited another couple. Pool was private. You can walk to the Pier, shops, and restaurants from the house too. We would live there!

60th birthday celebration

What a wonderful trip! This was my 4th trip to the island and I keep coming back. The rental was so relaxing and the best location as we were close enough to walk to many favorites, like Ginny & Jane’s and Slim’s. The beach by the Sandbar is my favorite beach spot & Scott’s Deli delivered to our tent by beach concierge! The pool & outdoor space is great and the house is well equipped. I will definitely rent here again!
