Awesome location

The home was well kept and in such a wonderful location. Bean Point is amazing and the island was great - The additional amenities such as the pool, ping pong table and access to the beach make this home a must when staying in Anna Maria - Thanks!

Fantastic stay!

We had a great stay! This is my husband and I’s 3rd trip to Anna Maria and we got to share the experience with our family & 6 month old daughter this trip. The house was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed! Beach chairs, umbrella, easy-up tent, baby float, bikes, etc! We had an issue with the pool alarm on the basement door but the property manager was very prompt to respond and maintenance was there to fix the problem within the hour! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Just ok

Loved the outdoor area, disappointed with the pool heater, and the constant issues with it. Very clean . 2 Nice size bedrooms, one small nook bedroom. If you like a firm mattress, this is your place. Kitchen was very well equipped and a good location .

Best Family Vacation

This is a great property!! Everything was easy!! Good location. Loved AMI, small town feel, friendly and so relaxing!! Beautiful home and very comfortable!! Would come back again!! The only down side and is an issue all over FL this time of year is the mosquito’s but can be controlled with a Thermo cell or spray! Would not deter me from coming back to this location!! Love Love Loved this house!!

Perfect for families

The house is exactly how it looks in the pictures! The kids loved the pool and the ping pong table. It was a short walk to the beach and close to some local shops and ice cream!! We loved staying at this house and would recommend to anyone!

Our family could not have enjoyed it more. The beach, fishing shopping, play areas, and food all within walking/bicycling distance. House was comfortable and the appliances all worked well.

Perfect getaway in Anna Maria

This property was perfect for a week-long getaway on sunny Anna Maria Island. Check in was easy and everything was clean and as pictured when we arrived. We could easily walk to the beautiful beach at Bean Point and to nearby piers, and enjoyed the free trolley to other island attractions as well. The house had everything we needed and we spent lots of time enjoying the backyard and pool, which felt like our own private piece of the tropics. Property managers were quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great Stay

Perfect Location to the bay and gulf. The house is beautiful and the owner even provided beach chairs, bikes and a paddle board. Would definitely stay here again!

The communication with the property owners was fantastic. First time visiting Anna Maria and we absolutely loved the house! The outdoor entertainment area was so much fun to use. The online listing portrayed property perfectly.

Really Awesome!!!

First time to AMI. Loved the property, and the area had everything we needed. Only down side was red tide but Mother Nature has a mind of her own no one could control any of that. Would definitely take a second vacay at this location.
