I loved the style and charm of this home! The locatiin is only one block with public access to Bean Point beach. A cool clean pool for family gathering made our stay enjoyable!

Superb property. Superb location. Floors were generally a bit sandy - which is to be expected, given the proximity to the beach. We weren't happy with the state the previous tenant had left the pool in, but it was quickly actioned by the hosts. All in all, a cracking option within a stone's throw of one of the world's finest beaches.

Spring Break

Loved the house and the heated pool. Short walk to the beach was perfect. Wonderful restaurants and shopping nearby. We loved the use of the beach chairs and starter kit of supplies since we flew in from out of state and couldn’t bring all of things with us. Beautiful place and we will definitely be back again.

Enjoyed the Pool!

We had a great time! The heated pool was by far our favorite feature of the home. The week we were there was too chilly and windy for time at the beach, but the pool was perfect!

Perfect getaway for Anna Maria

We loved the location just a 5 minute walk to Bean Point beach. We loved the house - open, airy large screened in porch. Everything was perfect. There are bikes to ride and equipment for the beach. This is the best house we've stayed at on Anna Maria.

Fabulous location for laid back vacation

Perfect for the vacation we had planned, laid back and relaxed. House close to Beane Point Beach, Rod and Reel, Sandbar restaurant and several shops can be walked to. House could use just a bit of paint and small maintenance. We loved the screened in porch, spent more time there when we were home than in the house.

Perfect location for a short walk to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Absolutley beautiful beach. House provided a small wagon which was great for hauling beach gear. Only needed a v type filter for coffeemaker.

Nice Vacation, Nice Location

Nice cabin-like house. Very roomy and clean. Nice location. Had several beach chairs, floats and water toys available. Plenty of beach towels. Nice appliances. One recommendation would be to have a larger coffee pot.

Fantastic location-great place

we spent a memorable week at the tree house. What a lovely place and in an excellent location only a 2 minute walk from a beautiful beach which is really quiet with beautiful white sand. We saw manatees and dolphins swimming! Close to the Rod n Reel Pier which was great for dinner or a late night beer and not to far from other great places to eat. At the house the pool was excellent and the house was really well equipped with loads of things for the beach and even bikes for getting around! The Owner was very helpful making the rental process very easy. A really memorable stay! We hope to be back

Beautiful Anna Maria Island Property

This home was everything we needed for a safe and beautiful social-distanced vacation. The Location is in walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The pictures in the listing accurately portray the home- an older beach home that had been thoughtfully updated (not upgraded) with great location and amenities. We did have an issue with our washing machine, but the rental manager was quick to respond, and it was fixed within an hour. I think the cleaning people could do a better job in between guests (esp. the floors and checking the appliances), but overall we had a fabulous stay. We would def. recommend this home!

Property is good but location can’t be beat

Location can't be beat, beach is just at the end of the street, and so easy to get to the sunset every night. 20-minute walk to Pine Ave for restaurants/coffee/shops, which we didn't mind doing, but might be just a little too far to be convenient for others. Huge screened in porch was perfect for eating dinner and letting the small kids run around. We all loved having the heated pool as well. We cooked nearly every night and had all we needed for that in the kitchen. The house itself was ok - it was neat and clean enough, but really could use some updating, wasn’t too impressed with the furnishings and overall home quality. That spiral staircase was a bit of a hazard right in the middle of the room, it looks cool but so easy to knock your head on if not careful! Rental managers were responsive and available throughout the stay.

Excellent Location - Home Needs Updating

GOOD - Location was Excellent; Home had a large open area, a lot of space; Porch was also large with a lot of space and breezy; Pool was warm and nice. NOT SO GOOD - Home was not floor swept at all, floor was very dirty and two pieces of glass was found in different parts of the interior floor; Master bedroom bed was more like a futon and extremely uncomfortable; Indoor and outdoor couches had nasty stains on them and was very dirty; Kitchen was fully stocked, yet only one wine glass; For stays of a week or so at this price point, it really should come with a few more dishwasher tabs and at least a few coffee filters!; All in all, the property is very nice, but in urgent need of couch/sectional replacements, same for the master bed and the flimsy door to the master bedroom which doesn't actually close. I believe it was a prior comment that noted use of bikes, but the bikes onsite are not really usable at all, we rented bikes for our stay.

Tree top bungalow

We had a very pleasant stay. The house sits on top of pillars. The pool is underneath. It is small but clean and neat. The parking space is somewhat messy, which does not give a good first impression. When you climb the stairs, you find that the house is beautiful and comfortable. It has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We were a party of five and had more than enough room. We arrived on a Tuesday. On arriving, we found that the microwave was not working. We called the management, they said they would replace it the following morning. The microwave did not arrive in the morning. We called the management back a couple of times, and finally received the microwave at around 3:00 pm. That was the only incident we had. Overall, our experience was very good.

Great girls weekend get away

The house was great for our group of 4 adults. Plenty of space both inside and outside. The neighborhood is peaceful and super easy walk to a lovely stretch of beach. Also walkable to shopping and several restaurants. The pool is heated and well maintained. Screened in porch was a great place for hanging out with a table and outdoor sectional. Staff were responsive via text message and even checked in to see if an issue reported by previous guests was resolved. Only critique is a coffee pot was provided but no filters - required “emergency” rub to the general store. Overall clean, spacious, and a good experience.

There were a few thing that could have been taken care of before we arrived.

The property was beautiful online. When we arrived there were a few things that could have been taken care of. We were there to celebrate our 31st anniversary we arrived on Saturday and a breaker was off and someone just popped in to fix it without letting us know they were coming, the pool was not cleaned until Tuesday, the screen porch screen was torn, the dishwasher was broken and the fry pans to cook in were horrible. I went to the thrift store and bought a pan we could fry an egg in and left it there. I could deal with the rest of the house, but I think the amount we paid for our celebration the things I mentioned should have been taken care of before we got there.
