Hosts were quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We had a couple of minor suggestions which they were receptive to. The available 6 passenger golf cart was a HUGE bonus. Garage was well stocked with beach equipment and supplies.

Great time but no beachfront!

Loved the home and section of town. However, the photos are deceiving. There really is no place to sit on the beach near the home. You need to walk a bit to get there. That is my only complaint. All else was great!

Family Birthday Celebration

This house is amazing. It's right on the beach with beautiful views. We used all the outdoor/pool space which had plenty of seating for our family of 8. The rooms are spacious with a great layout and the house was very clean. We had a couple of minor issues and Dan was at the house within minutes to fix them. Its in a great location-walkable to town. I would highly recommend staying here.

We loved this home!

This was our favorite vacation home so far on VRBO. Everything they advertised in the listing was on point. The home was clean and beautiful. The breeze from the ocean was amazing when we were sitting outside. Nothing beats being right on the beach. The outdoor patios on each floor were perfect for relaxing and listening to the sounds of the waves and watching boats go by. At night you can see the lights on the Sunshine skyway bridge. From the master bedroom upstairs, you can sit in the bed and hear the waves at night and see the lights. It was absolutely beautiful. We met the neighbors and they were really nice. The golf cart was great for going around the island. There are lots of small shops close by for ice cream, shopping or just grabbing a bite to eat. The host supplied all the essentials we needed - laundry detergent, garbage bags, shampoo, salt/pepper, etc. The stairs had retractable baby gates at the top and bottom which was super helpful for keeping our pet on one floor or preventing toddlers from falling down them. This is a great home. We would return to this home.

Beyond beautiful

From the moment you walk in the door you know you don’t ever want to leave. The house is literally steps from the ocean. To be able to spend time in the pool and enjoy that view was breathtaking. The kitchen is wonderful with every amenity that you could possibly need. The bedrooms are gorgeous with their own bathrooms and the beds are sooo comfortable. This was our 5th time on the island and this house is by far our favorite!! Don’t bother packing chairs, bikes or toys for the pool/beach because everything you could ever need is included. If you’re having trouble deciding where to stay…look no further. This house is impeccable and the owners are incredibly friendly and thoughtful!!

Serenity!

Place was as advertised. Located perfectly near great restaurants and an awesome little park for our toddler. The views from the home are incredible and it's such a blessing to be able to walk right out the back and have toes in sand in a few seconds. Owners thought of everything. Plenty of chairs and beach stuff! We will be back for sure!

Worth every second of the wait!

After canceling & rescheduling a couple of times due to Covid, we finally made it to the aptly-named Cloud 9 in September 2021. Our week's stay was nothing short of incredible. The house is stunning beyond description, and it includes every amenity you could possibly ever need. The kitchen is well stocked with anything & everything necessary to cook a full gourmet meal, including high-end chef-quality appliances. The pool & beach areas are simply gorgeous, and they are fully equipped with everything from simple pool floaties to kayaks and paddleboards, as well as beach chairs and umbrellas. There's also a bathroom near the pool for those inevitable little ones' potty breaks (and the big ones' too!) The bedrooms are spacious with some of the most comfortable beds any of us have ever slept in. This home is perfect for a family getaway or a vacation with friends, especially since every room includes it's own en-suite full bathroom. Oh, did I mention the elevator? The ELEVATOR! An absolute godsend for hauling heavy suitcases, or exhausted humans, between floors. Rick, Lyn, Maria, and everyone else associated with Cloud 9 and Serendipity made our entire process from start, to reschedule, to reschedule again, to finish easy and stress-free. Communication was fantastic and any minor issues were dealt with promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to book again with them on this or any of their other properties.

Amazing rental!

We had an excellent stay at Cloud 9! It surpassed our expectations and we did not want to leave. The house included everything you could possibly need or want during a weeks stay - pool and beach toys and floats, kayaks, paddle boards, etc. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and so many small things were available to us that made our stay even better (cooking needs, etc)! The beds were very comfortable and it was so nice for everyone to have their own private bathroom. The property was immaculate when we showed up. You can tell they really pay attention to the details and want to make your stay wonderful! Ric was just a text or call away with anything that came up! I can’t imagine finding a better rental on the island! We would definitely book here again, over and over! Highly recommend!

Amazing!

Everything about it was amazing. Right on the beach, literally steps to ocean, great pool and hot tub. Great linemen, beach towels, wonderful kitchen duopolies, modern decor and comfortable. Bathrooms super clean and fresh. Best part was the stocked garage- beach chairs, tennis supplies, paddleboards, pool rafts, kayaks, etc.

Absolutely Remarkable Experience

Vrbo pictures don’t do Cloud 9 justice, house was fabulous, every single detail was thoughtfully considered, we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves, Rick was an amazing host, he answered all our questions and took care of us, gorgeous pool and places to lounge inside & out, we miss it already but we’ll be back for sure, we highly recommend Cloud 9. Incredible House

This is our third year visiting Anna Maria and every house we’ve stayed at didn’t have near the amenities as this house. They provided dish soap, laundry detergent, 4 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, sponges, and more! Everything was so nice, clean, and new and there was ample beach toys, boards, paddles, and floats! Beware of the pool though if you have littles! The bottom is extremely rough and my kids legs got tore up.

Heavenly Stay

Cloud 9 is truly a slice of heaven by the beach. The home is beautifully crafted and designed with all the furnishings and upgraded features that left us never wanting to leave. Sconces, chandeliers, cozy beds, a kitchen stocked with top of the line appliances and all the equipment for any chef, a beautiful pool, a hottub that doubles as a gorgeous water feature and dolphins that swim in a beach so close to the property, it's like you can touch them. I truly loved ever minute of our stay. Working with Rick and Lori (the property manager) was amazing as they treated you like friends and truly care to make your stay as relaxing and as amazing as possible. We can't wait to come back again!!

Cloud Nine

Cloud Nine is truly a perfect family vacation. The home is brand new and has everything you need to feel like you are in paradise. A view, luxurious accommodations and a pool and spa to watch sunrise and sunset. The kitchen is fully stocked with the nicest cookware and supplies. The view of the ocean is incredible with wall to wall windows that open completely to feel the ocean breeze. The Kyack’s and paddle boards add to the resort feel. And the golf cart offers a fun way to go into town for dinner, ice cream or morning donuts. I can’t speak more highly of this property!
