Wonderful

Location was amazing! Walking distance to all shops, restaurants and beach. Property had everything we needed even beach chairs which was so great since we flew. It was clean and comfortable.

Gorgeous property

Our party of 6 - couple with 4 teenagers adored this large home with fantastic back and rear porches - We enjoyed people watching, quiet reading, morning coffee and evening cocktails. The beach is a quick walk and we used the wagon provided to bring what we needed to the white sand beach. The kids used the fishing reels provided and fished off the pier. The teens also joined the AMI Center for the day and made use of the tennis courts and fitness center - it’s just around the corner. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely seek out this property if we return to AMI.

Perfect Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful and clean. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—close to the beach and restaurants. We walked to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed reading on the porch in the morning then walking to our favorite coffee shop. It’s not often we find a place we care to go back to but we all said we hope to rent the same place again next year!

Nice location; Nicely decorated

This was a lovely unit with large, airy, beautifully decorated rooms and a convenient location. We did not realize until we got there that it was a above a store and that the entrance was around the back and up some steps, but it ended up not being an issue. The house was immaculate but the pool was not as clean. We had some minor issues that were mostly addressed very quickly. Large porches; wifi worked great.; close to shops and restaurants If you don't need a water view this is a very nice place and we would stay there again.

Fantastic Experience!!!

The property was very well maintained with many updated features. The location was perfect. It was right by a shuttle stop if you wanted to go further into the island but also right across the street from bike/golf cart rentals. Several nearby restaurants were only a minute or two walk from the property. There were two beaches easily within walking distance. I have a family of 6 with kids ranging from 5 to 13. There was plenty of room. The pictures don't do it justice. The property is actually a lot bigger than it looks. The outdoor areas off the front and back are terrific. The unit is elevated over a storefront but we never really noticed it at all. The saltwater pool off the back is nice but pretty small. Any more than two adults is probably too much. With the beaches so close, this wasn't an issue because the majority of our swimming was done there. WiFi was great for virtual meetings and school. This is a perfect place to get away from the craziness and relax but still have plenty of room to get some work done if necessary. I look forward to visiting again very soon!

Pool area

The pool area was filthy. Mold on the boards. This should have been cleaned before we got there. We thought pool was dirty, but it was just old. We didn’t even feel we would use the pool. We never did! Would not cook on grill because we had to stand on the mold. Inside was wonderful.

Nice property

Beautiful property! Clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The walk to the beach was nice. The only negative was when it rains allot, the pool floods and all the landscaping gets into it and it’s ugly and dirty, it takes an entire day to clear, unluckily for us we couldn’t enjoy it before we left

Unforgettable Anna Maria Island

If you have not experienced the Gulf Coast, dont miss an opportunity to enjoy Anna Maria island. The house is over some retail shops but it is spacious and close to everything. Just 3 blocks from the beach and 5 blocks from the bay, walk to restaurants and shops. Only drawback, limited cooking supplies and traffic through town can get backed up in the high season.

Family reunion

Great location and unit. Plenty of space both communal and for all to have their own quiet areas to relax. Anna Maria Island is a beautiful place to visit with plenty to see with good dining options. Who recommend both unit and location as a peaceful place to stay.

Loved the unit!

We loved this unit and it was perfect for our family. Location is great- very short walk to the beach and near restaurants. The pool was a great bonus and we really enjoyed having it. Unit is clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook light meals. I had been told the unit had beach chairs available, however, there were only two rusted chairs outside that were very heavy so we couldn't use. The unit was not cool when we arrived. It was truly stifling hot and we had to call the after hours support number so they could send someone to check it out. This really put a damper on the evening and we ended up having a very late dinner with tired young children. Luckily, it cooled down (very slowly) after that and was fine the remainder of the trip. We did love the unit and we love AMI and would stay here again.
