Great stay

This was perfect for our group- we had 5 adults and 2 kids and all were very comfortable. The home decor is great, location perfect- the beach access is very close and it’s a quieter spot away from the bigger crowds.

Great location!

Home is beautiful. One of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in. Only downside is the master bed is very old and uncomfortable. That replaced and nicer/more professional treatment from property management would have earned 5 stars.

Beach boutique was very easy to work with and very responsive. The house looks exactly like the pictures, very clean. Nice backyard with heated pool. Beach chairs and beach wagon along with some beach toys are a plus. It is honestly less than 5 min walk to the beach. Loved the quiet north end of the island!

Jacaranda Gem was just as described. Pictures do this wonderful home no justice! Clean, updated and modern. Having beach access close by was a plus, and never crowded. We rented straight from Beach Boutique Rentals and they were always just a short email away! Highly recommend this home and this company! We are already looking for dates next year. They have extra fans to use in each closet. For me as I sleep with one of these back home, this was just many of the thoughtful details they thought about. Along with Beach chairs, towels, and a wagon for your use while there. I could go on and on. Thanks again Beach Boutique Rentals!

Property and area are very nice. Quick walk to beach, lovely pool. Only draw back for me is that I picked a very busy time to come stay. Next time will stay on off season. But great home and area. Thanks again
