Welcome to The Meridian at Bean Point! To ensure every guest enjoys a safe, relaxing, and five-star experience, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM
Late departures must be approved in advance.

Occupancy
Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval has been given.
Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy listed in your reservation.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping outdoor music and noise to a minimum during these hours.

Pool & Spa
Swim at your own risk.
Children must always be supervised.
No glass in or around the pool.
Please do not adjust the pool or spa equipment or settings.

Dock & Waterfront
Use the dock and waterfront areas at your own risk.
Children should be supervised at all times near the water.
Secure any boats or watercraft properly during your stay.

Smoking
No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside or outside the home. If smoking remains are found, guest will be charged accordingly.

Pets
Pets are not permitted unless approved prior to arrival.

Parking
Park only in designated parking areas.
Do not park on the grass or block neighboring driveways.

Home Care
Please treat the home and furnishings with care.
Report any accidental damage as soon as possible so we can address it promptly.
Do not move indoor furniture outdoors.

Safety
Do not tamper with smoke detectors or other safety devices.
Lock all doors and windows whenever leaving the property.

Before Departure
Start the dishwasher.
Place used towels in the bathrooms.
Dispose of all trash in the outdoor bins.
Remove personal belongings and food from the refrigerator.
Lock all doors and send us a quick message once you’ve checked out.

If rules are broken, the home or items inside are damaged, guests will be charged accordingly.
