Veranda Jacaranda

Beautiful house and excellent location. The house was clean and the layout provided two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one of which was a generously sized separate guesthouse with enough space for a rollaway bed if needed. The two rooms on the third floor shared a bathroom. We had a minor problem with the ice maker which was quickly and efficiently resolved. Our first time to AMI, and we loved it. We’d definitely seek out this home again!

Great location, Lots of space!

If you are looking for a spacious home for a larger family, this is a great house. Having two teens and two under 10, everyone was able to spread out instead of feeling they were on top of each other. When we gathered, we spent most of our time on the patio. The kids spent hours in the heated pool and we enjoyed cocktails at the table in the shade. The large screened tv was fun too! A short walk to the beach was a huge bonus. We could split up when some wanted to stay at the pool knowing we were close in case they needed us. We always made sure to walk over there at sunset. Beds were pretty comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Be prepared to get your steps in with all the stairs. There was an elevator there, but never figured out how to work it and even if we did, we probably still wouldn’t have used it.We also seemed to run out of hot water quickly, which may be a bigger deal with more than one family in the house.Plan to do your grocery shopping on your way in, as beach traffic to grab necessities is a big pain!There was plenty of toilet paper and trash bags, but the paper towel was a small roll and ran out quickly. There IS a regular coffee maker and a keurig and tons of coffee filters, so just bring the coffee of your choice.We loved our stay here and would come again.

Great location. House needs some help. Exterior door handle fell off the first day, pool tv wouldn’t connect to system, ad said gourmet kitchen but no baking pans or basic needs for cooking a meal. Biggest concern was that the tiles around the pool are loose and not level so we kept tripping. House was minimally clean. Found a plastic cutting board with black mold on it, thick dust everywhere, and dirty cups and plates in the cabinets when we arrived.
