"Daytime staff were unreachable, parking lot was sketchy, hallways were dirty, had trash in them, and were uneven to walk on. Rooms were tidy, but had a layer of grime. Beds were extremely hard, the sheets were not clean, and rooms smelled strongly of floral scented floor cleaner. Window in room looked into the hallway and curtains didn't block out the hallway light that was on all night. Breakfast was not fresh, and selection was awful. We checked out after 1 night because it was so gross. "

"Hotel was amazing and owner very friendly. However we booked on Expedia because included free breakfast however owner wanted to charge us $20 pp. we went off site for breakfast. Also couldn’t get the TV to work in the living room, we made the owner aware."

"We struggled the whole time. Check-in instructions weren't provided before our check-in time, and when we contacted the host, we couldn't call them and had to message, then they didn't respond until we called Vrbo support. The code they gave us didn't work, then when we got the right code, the box was stuck and hard to open. The loft itself is okay, but it didn't feel like the quality matched the price. Tables were wobbly and unsteady, the bed was uncomfortable, and the area was kind of sketchy overall. The walls are paper-thin, we could hear exactly how disgruntled the people nextdoor were with their loft."

"The property is beautiful and everything is as described. The location is perfect to everything downtown. We will definitely be staying again next time we visit Detroit! "

"We were in Detroit for a volleyball tournament. The place was clean and as pictured. We did have problems with the door lock. But that was minor. It was perfect for our short weekend trip. "
