Great house very close to the slopes

Great house located bery close to the slopes (100 meters waking). We stayed 4 adults and 4 children age 11-15. It was perfect for us and we can absolutely recoment this place.

A really lovely place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here this summer. The chalet was lovely and well equipped. The owners were also good at keeping in touch (thank you). The surrounding area (Annaberg-Lungotz) is simply wonderful for walks, cycling or just relaxing and enjoying the fabulous surrounding mountains and countryside. Nearby Abtenau also has a great pool with slides too, for the kids. Salzburg & Berchtesgarten are easily accessible as well. We would recommend a holiday at this chalet to anyone (e.g. family & friend groups) and would love to return for another holiday, one day. Thank you!

Nette Hütte in guter Lage

Der Aufenthalt in Annaberg hat uns gut gefallen.Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Die Hütte war pikobello. Von der Hütte aus hat man in 2min Zugang zur Piste.Da Skigebiet Dachstein-West ist überschaubar. Besonders mit Kindern fanden wir das angenehm.

Super Unterkunft in toller Lage

Wir haben hier mit drei Gnerationen einen wunderschönen Skiurlaub verbracht.Alle waren vom Haus begeistert.In 5 Gehminuten auf der Piste, abends Abfahrt teilweise bis vor die Haustür.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Bischofsmütze. Frau Schwarzenbacher hat uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und war jederzeit ansprechbar. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es fehlte an Nichts. Zudem hat das Wetter mitgespielt und wir konnten viele schöne Wanderungen unternehmen. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben eine schoene Skiwoche mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Teenagern verbracht. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Etwas "rustikal" ist - nach meiner Meinung - der Tonfall in der Email-Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Leider warten wir 11 Tage nach verlassen der Wohnung immer noch auf Rueckerstattung der Kaution. Dazu aeussert sich der Vermieter aber gar nicht mehr. Ich bin mal gespannt, wie das ausgeht.

Fantastische accommodatie op een schitterende plek

Zeer nette en schone accommodatie, voorzien van alle gemakken en gelegen op een ideale plek. Dicht bij de donnerkogelbahn en met voldoende mogelijkheden tot uitstapjes met het gezin: Gollinger waterval, Lammerklamm, Wildbad Lungötz, Rodelen in Abtenau, Bruno’s bergwereld in Russbach (Hornbahn), wandelen om het Gosau meer, bezoek aan Hallstatt en Salzburg. En vergeet ook niet een bezoek te brengen aan Schladming, een echte aanrader als je van MTB houdt! Het huisje is rustig gelegen met voldoende privacy. Oostenrijkse ‘grundlichkeit’ geldt ook hier. We kunnen het echt aanbevelen.

Maison top pour les familles

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille cet été. La maison est très propre, très bien équipée, comme neuve. L'accueil à notre arrivée a été chaleureux. L'emplacement est très bien pour de belles randonnées. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir une prochaine fois.

Sommerurlaub in den Bergen

Das wohl durchdacht gebaute und ausgestattete Holzhaus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern (1* Wanne, 1* Dusche) liegt am Rande der ruhigen Dachstein West Ferienhaus-Siedlung. Eine motorisierte Markise bietet auf der zum Süden ausgerichteten Terrasse Schutz vor der Sonne - schön fürs Kaffeetrinken. Gefrühstückt haben wir in der gemütlichen Ess-„Ecke“. Wir erhielten gute Vorabinformationen und das Ein-/Auschecken lief sehr unkompliziert. Tip für den Winter: naher Ein-/Ausstieg in die Abfahrt zur Donnerkogel-Talstation und Skischuh-Heizung! Viel Spaß unseren Nachfolgern!

Perfekte Woche

Das Haus entsprach genau dem, was wir erwartet hatten, eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre, ein hochwertiges Interieur, absolut im Stil an die wunderbare Umgebung angepasst. Wir haben jedes Detail genossen, sowohl die Ausstattungsmerkmale, als auch die perfekte Lage. Die Skipiste ist fußläufig in 2 Minuten zu erreichen, zum Ausklang eines Skitages befindet sich genau an diesem Punkt die Möglichkeit eine Speise oder ein Getränk zu nehmen, es mangelt also an nichts, was einen Wohlfühlurlaub zu einem solchen macht. Das Skigebiet ist groß und bietet Pisten mit allen Schwierigkeitsgraden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Winterdienst und die Wiederherstellung der gut befahrbaren Straßenverhältnisse nach heftigen Schneefällen. Vielen Dank an die Familie Kaatman

Perfekter Skiurlaub

Wir waren mit 2 Familien, insgesamt 8 Personen, davon 4 Kinder, zum zweiten Mal im Haus Bischofsmütze zum Skifahren. Das Haus liegt auf dem Berg in einem kleinen Dorf, man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf die Berge. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist ideal, es gibt für alle ausreichend Platz. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Die Lage direkt an der Skipiste ist toll, wir haben unsere Autos die ganze Woche nicht bewegt. Das Skigebiet ist auch für Kinder ideal, und es gibt viele gemütliche Hütten für die Mittagspause. Im Januar lag ausreichend Schnee, alle Lifte waren offen. Abends freuen wir uns immer über den gemütlichen Ofen. Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl und kommen wieder, vielen Dank für die tolle Woche!

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Panorama

Ein sehr schönes Holzhaus mit guter Ausstattung. Nur Familien mit kleinen Kindern (im Alter bis ca 3 oder 4 Jahren) müssen im Garten dringend auf die Kleinen aufpassen, denn hinterm Haus geht es einen sehr steilen Abhang hinunter. Evtl wäre da ein Zaun sinnvoll. Aber viel Zeit verbringt man im Sommer ja eh nicht im Haus, denn es gibt so viele tolle Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Eine Woche ist da wohl zu kurz.

Wij zijn super vriendelijk ontvangen in een keurig schoon huis. We hebben een fantastische week gehad. 2 minuten lopen en je staat op de piste! Leuk skigebied. Onze kinderen (9 t/m12 jaar) hebben het ook fijn gehad. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Echte aanrader!

Sehr schönes Haus mitten im Skigebiet!

Wir waren mit 8 Personen für eine Woche in dem wunderschönen Haus Bischofsmütze. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Außerdem liegt es wunderschön in dem kleinen Bergdorf, direkt an der Skipiste. Leider war bei uns zu viel Schnee, so dass wir kaum Skifahren konnten. Aber das Problem gibt es ja nicht so oft. Sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
