What truly made the experience stand out was the hotel team — every department was warm, welcoming, attentive and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. 「Where we stayed at the Oasis Camp was lovely. Clearly it was a newer addition to the Barcelo Resort and it was beautifully appointed and quiet. At night they would light a fire in the center of all the "tents" which made for a lovely atmosphere. Unfortunately, the rest of the Barcelo resort has gone somewhat to seed. 「I had a lovely stay at PL Place. It was quiet, relaxing and the staff were so lovely to us and treated us very kindly which we appreciated so much. If you like calm and luxury, this is the place for you.
