"I chose this spot for its proximity to Slieve Donard, it was so close.. way closer than I expected. I loved the location and how it’s nestled off to the side but still in town so you can walk. You are right on the water and there are paths everywhere to get you where you want to go. "

"Lovely room with cracking view of the see. Parking very close and not far from town centre.
Welcoming and friendly staff and good breakfast.
Only thing I would mention was lack of storage in the room but we managed. Would stay again."

"I have stayed at Denvirs in Downpatrick before and it is wonderful. It dates from 1642 and Eoin, one of the staff can give you the history of the place. He is wonderful as well as the manager and all the staff. The food can't be beat either. A must stay in Downpatrick!"

I slept soundly in a large comfortable bed and in the morning they served me a choice of a big vegetarian or meat-lover’s breakfast.
