“The staff was top tier, and the check-in process was amazing. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, my room was not very clean. The shower still had dirt from the previous occupant. I didn’t complain because it was late at night and I was exhausted, so I just cleaned it myself. My room was also located next to the elevator and ice machine, but surprisingly I didn’t notice much noise at all. It was actually very quiet.”

“Jay at the front desk was rather rude when telling me that they were “sold out” I then proceeded to book on Expedia and when I came back to approach the desk I mentioned “I thought you were sold out” ”

“I am handicapped and requested a handicap room and they didn't give me one. They told me we're going to upgrade you to two queens instead which is no upgrade at all”

“The B&B website and other on-line links claims "...excellent breakfast" and "the best breakfast in Annapolis". What was served were mini grocery store bought pastry, no fresh coffee, no juice, no plates, no one around. In addition, they state that for a large fee you can have valet parking on-site. There was no valet. I requested a refund for the valet parking and used that money to have a decent breakfast elsewhere. ”
