Flawless! Most wonderful stay away from home!
Karen was absolutely wonderful! I had several questions and she responded within just a few moments. The place was immaculate, cozy it felt like it was a home away from home. Very close to anything you could possibly need and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The bed was so comfortable that I found out the type of mattress and I’ll be buying one. I highly recommend staying with Karen. I will certainly be booking again in the future. 5 Stars across the board!

Visiting Annapolis
This unit was located in a lovely neighborhood. It was decorated well and had lovely finishes. The owner was responsive when VRBO sent us the wrong keycode. A couple of notations however. You enter the unit going down an extremely steep stairway with narrowed steps. Both my husband and I slipped coming down them. As you enter, the bathroom is to the far right but the bedroom entry is on the opposite side of the basement. So it's a longtrip out of the bedroom on on end to the bathroom on the other side. Also, if you have 4 in your party, you go through the living area/kitchen/ second sleeping area on your way to the bathroom. No privacy. The oddest thing to me through was the fact that the stairway to the upper level bisects the bedroom area and the LR/DR/K/Bath. There is a door at the top that is glass, so the people above can see down to the unit and likewise. And of course how weird to see someone looking down at you, and this did happen, in any state, much less undressed. The door needs a curtain, or a solid door.

Comforts of home
Beautiful place to stay. It had all the comforts of home and more. In previous reviews it had stated that the space was cold. I love the cold but there were times it was a little too cold. Lap blankets were provided to watch TV and the bedding was perfect for the nights. I have to say the bed was soooo comfortable. I had the best nights sleep when there. There were no windows and no street noise. Perfect place for seclusion from outside life.

Beautiful Apt
The apartment was absolutely beautiful, and the location perfect. The apartment was located in a beautiful waterfront subdivision that had a marina and community pool. We have a small dog and this property was perfect for being able to take him out and let him play in the beautifully landscaped backyard. There was a small private patio that we were also able to enjoy. The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful and very very spacious. The only drawback to the property was that it does not have it own thermostat to regulate the a/c. However, I did know this before I rented the property and the owners were very accommodating about adjusting it for us. It is my understanding that they are in the process of rectifying this situation. Having said that, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay and Karen was amazing to work with. We look forward to staying there again.

NOT 2 bedrooms
The listing says 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4 and I didn't find this out until past the refund date. Also it was FREEZING with no way to adjust the temp. The space is large and gorgeous, the bed was super comfy, the setting is truly beautiful, and the property manager was very nice.

Enjoyable stay
The apartment is in the basement & requires the ability to go down several steps to access the property. We found the property clean & just as listed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The only drawback was that it was extremely cold & we could not find a way to change the temperature. Also there are no windows with the only daylight coming in the entrance door. Karen was quick to respond to our questions & concerns. We enjoyed our stay.
