Beautiful Condo - Water View Near City Dock

  • Check out our winter rates for January, February and March!

    The Newport Condominium has a beautiful water view of Spa Creek in Eastport. This condo is tastefully decorated with carpet and includes a queen sleigh bed and a Queen size soft pull-out bed in living room. Condo overlooks boat docks, the historic Carroll House and St. Mary's Church. Newport is a secure building with free parking spaces provided, but you will want to walk to the many restaurants, historic areas (State House) City Dock, and shopping in Annapolis Harbor. Great location for romantic getaways, visits to historic Annapolis, the Naval Academy and Navy Football games!
    The condominium has a roof top pool, spectacular viewing area.

    Navy Commission week and the Boat Shows are only rented by the week and is a different rate. please check for rates.
