We stayed for several days to celebrate our son’s wedding at the William Paca House. The house was a perfect location and was so accommodating for our needs. Our host was very responsive to our needs and I highly recommend this property to anyone. Loved the family portraits and history. A huge plus!

Wonderful property in a great old Annapolis setting

The property is perfectly situated in old Annapolis for easy access to everything -- restaurants, cafes, waterfront, USNA and shops. The property owner (manager) is responsive and wonderfully helpful too. Thank you.

Historical Beauty

The history of this beautiful home is deeply intertwined with USNA which was very interesting for our family. The home itself is beautiful and well equipped with great bedding and towels, coffee, tons of drinkware....really everything we needed for a long weekend. Although we visited at a chilly time of year, the upstairs deck looks lovely! If you are looking to be close to DTA and USNA and enjoy a great night sleep in wonderful sheets, book this house!

What a wonderful stay in a beautifully appointed home for the Military Bowl game. The home is located within walking distance of many shops and restaurants and was perfect for our short stay. Two parking spaces made it so convenient. We will stay there again if ever in Annapolis.

Perfect Stay

We had a family wedding in Annapolis, so several family members stayed at this wonderful home. The house and location exceeded our expectations- the pictures don’t do it justice. We were walking distance to great shops, restaurants, and the Naval Academy. Additionally, the host was extremely accommodating when I requested a change to our reservations. Great house and location to town and USNA.

We spent an awesome 3 days in this lovely home so rich in local history. The home was complete with every amenity needed. And the location was just perfect to walk in town or to the academy. It made our 40th USNA reunion weekend so special.

We were in town for Plebe Parent Weekend. The house was perfect for our family with plenty of space and the location could not be better! Walking to gate 1 and to the waterfront was so convenient. We would love to stay again!

This was an incredible property in the perfect location for enjoying all downtown annapolis has to offer with incredible views of the us naval academy. We stayed fir my sons wedding at the usna chapel and reception in the paca gardens next door. We couldnt have been happier. Highly recommend.

Great location with parking

We recently stayed at this lovely home and it was right behind Paca Gardens where our daughter got married. The house was so conveniently located and had two parking spaces. It made it much easier to enjoy the weekend events having a home like this to stay in. The host also left flowers for the bride which was so thoughtful.

Beautiful, spacious home for family wedding

We stayed the weekend for my daughter's wedding at the Paca House. This home was minutes from both the Paca House and downtown restaurants and bars. The home was spacious and well decorated with all of the needed amenities. I wish we could have used the 2nd floor deck more but unfortunately it was a rainy weekend. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous Home in the Heart of Annapolis

The home was in an excellent location. Walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants. The Naval Academy is directly across the street and the location of the home is in a very quiet residential neighborhood with 2 off-street parking spaces (which is very rare for Annapolis homes). The house is in excellent condition with all amenities included. We always enjoy our time in this beautiful home when we are in Annapolis!

Fantastic home in Annapolis

We rented the home for a weekend get a way. It looked just like the pictures on line. The amenities were fantastic. Shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms, extra towels and blankets. You don't need to bring extra. Everything was in walking distance. We parked the car on Friday and it did not move until Sunday. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

For anyone reading this review - this home is top notch, in all respects. Location, Location - to both the Naval Academy as well as historic Downtown Annapolis, it is all minutes away AND two parking spots!! Priceless in Annapolis. The home itself is truly a home away from home. Our daughter was married at the Naval Academy, we were able to have our 4 adult children stay together at this lovely home. Spotlessly clean, every amenity provided, and last but not least the owners were available for any questions/concerns. This is truly a gem if you are lucky enough to get a booking here.

Most excellent stay!

This house is full of history and yet is updated in a perfect way. Full of charm. Could not have found a better location. Right next to the academy and the Paca house where we had our sons wedding. Walking distance to everything!! Comfortable beds, equipped kitchen- had the groomsmen for breakfast- love the sun on the front porch in the mornings. Wonderful host who was very responsive. Clear directions for check in and out! Oh , and the 2 parking spaces?? Priceless!!!! Would love to stay here again.
