Cozy Annapolis Cottage
Stay in the heart of Annapolis. Walk to downtown, the Naval Academy and Navy Stadium. Meticulously kept home and newly renovated. Professional cleaning team with every turnover of the house. Stay in the comforts of your own home and experience all that Annapolis has to offer. Security cameras are on site but only in the driveway and front doorbell. All viewable from the control panel inside the home. No recording devices are inside the home, strictly outside and in sight so that we can monitor who is coming inside the home as per VRBO policy.

We had a great stay overall—the home was clean, well-maintained, and in a beautiful location. The main living areas were comfortable and inviting, and the check-in process was smooth.One thing future guests may want to know: the upstairs “bedroom with private bath” is really one large, open-concept space. There’s no door separating the bedroom from the bathroom, so it lacks the privacy most adults would expect. Also, the shower ceiling is quite low—too low for an adult to stand comfortably. It would be great for kids or a single guest, but might not be ideal for two adults planning to use it as a private suite.We appreciated our time here and just want to help others know what to expect so they can plan accordingly!

A very cute, cozy cottage. Great location. Nicely decorated. We used this as an overflow cottage from a river house we rented so we didn’t cook or take advantage of the nice back yard but it was perfect for sleeping. Also loved the side porch that was comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Great weekend in Annapolis
We enjoyed staying at Cozy Annapolis Cottage over the Forth of July weekend. The house was as pictured and as stated online. This property is close to downtown and the arts district. We would love to return for a Navy football game in the fall, as this property is within walking distance of the stadium. Thanks for a great stay and for all of the restaurant recommendations Colin!

Clean and Comfortable
Lovely little home with everything you need. We’ve stayed in several rental properties and this was by far the cleanest and well kept. We spent most of our time at the Naval Academy and downtown area, easily walkable for those who enjoy long walks (15-20 min.). Owner was very accommodating with special requests.

Awesome stay

Home Away From Home
We're in the process of selling our home and used this place as our home away from home while the listing went live. It was cozy and had everything that we needed to feel like we could rest up after the difficult process of prepping our house. And a safe, fenced in yard for our dogs. It was perfect, thank you!

48hrs in Annapolis
Cozy place with a lot of character. We loved the decor and general setup. Everything is a stone throw away. The furthest we had to walk to was choptank which was 20mins by foot. I imagine that would also be a lovely walk in the summer. To top it all off, Colin is extremely easy to reach out to and was in touch through the whole stay. A+ property and will be visiting again.

This quaint home, just a mile from the harbor, was the perfect spot to stage for our work at the boat shows. The upstairs suite was perfect for our female co-workers, who loved the added privacy. Kitchen and bathrooms recently updated, well equipped.

Perfect for our stay
The house was pretty much perfect for us. We were able to walk to downtown Annapolis and to the Navy Football game. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Colin was extremely responsive!

We visited with my son who had spring break from the Academy but couldn't leave bc he plays a spring sport. House was great. Everything was clean, easy to find, and well maintained. Collin was great and was easy to communicate with. He gave us great restaurant recommendations. Beds were comfortable. The upstairs has two twin beds in a finished attic. The ceiling slants down on both sides for a cool effect. Shower was along one of the slants which was fine as the width of the shower was big. The living area has a nice sized sofa and comfortable chair. The television came equipped with plenty of streaming options. We also took advantage of the poker set which has a full set of cards and plenty of chips. The dining table was a perfect place to play a few hours of poker in the evening. No complaints. Great house, great host.
