Welcome to La Maison, a light-filled, stylish 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath waterfront retreat on the South River—just minutes from downtown Annapolis. This modern, chic home features a private pool, expansive deck for outdoor dining, and direct water access with a private dock—perfect for boating, crabbing, and fishing. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful getaway, fun on the water, or lazy days by the pool, La Maison offers the perfect setting. Located at the end of a quiet street, the home comfortably sleeps 8 and features:
• A spacious primary suite with en-suite bathroom and stunning river views
• A second bedroom with queen bed, a large bunk room sleeping 4, and an additional bedroom with a single. All bedrooms have desks.
• An open concept living, dining, and kitchen area that flows onto the oversized deck with a gas grill, fire pit table, and patio heater
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Cozy TV room (streaming only), plus a game room with foosball and board games
• Laundry room with washer and dryer
• Panoramic views of the water that make you feel like you’re floating on a houseboat
Location Highlights:
• 15 minutes (7 miles) to Downtown Annapolis and the U.S. Naval Academy
• 10 minutes (3.5 miles) to Westfield Annapolis Mall and Annapolis Towne Centre
• 5 minutes to Mike’s Crab House, local restaurants, and grocery stores
Important Notes:
• Pool is open from early May through the end of September; heated from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
• No Sunday check-ins
• July and August bookings are Saturday-to-Saturday only
Security & Safety:
An outdoor camera is positioned discreetly at the corner of the deck (waterside) to monitor water levels during weather events. It does not record.
Waiver Notice:
Guests use the pool, river, and kayaks at their own risk. Life jackets must be worn when using kayaks. Guests are responsible for inspecting equipment before use. Booking this property constitutes agreement to all house rules and waivers. All guests agree to hold the owners harmless from any claims, liabilities, or legal actions related to use of the property, pool, river, kayaks, or bunk beds.

Great home base for Annapolis’s visit. So easy to get everywhere

We were in Annapolis for our grandson’s graduation from the Navel Academy. The house worked great for the group of us who traveled from Wyoming. The view, comfortable seating, great table for eating and game playing while watching the River entertainment. Wish we needed to stay there again. All the parking was great, used the Kayaks, and pool, little cool, but our age group was up to it. All bedrooms comfortable. Only a heads up, if we hadn’t arrived during the day, we may have missed the road down to the house. It is marked with red reflector, but Google maps says your there at the top of the drive way and it can confuse people since the house number doesn’t match. Small note.

Fantastic getaway

Top Notch! We were so impressed with this gem of a property minutes from everything, but you feel so private with the beautiful details of the property.! The layout of the house is exceptional and you can walk right out to your own dock on the water and you have your own private pool. The place was so amazing, clean and classy! We even received a nice bottle of wine upon our arrival. I will definitely be rebooking for next year.

Made a short family trip out of needing to attend a wedding in Baltimore but did not expect how wonderful the trip would be just being in this home. Incredibly family friendly and accommodating for our 11, 10 and not even 1 year old. Very clean, close to amenities and attractions. The hosts were so kind, friendly and accommodating with our needs.

I could go on for hours about all the aspects of this property. Let me say this. If you are staying in the area, stay here!! This place is incredible. The house was clean and spacious. There is a foosball table, and other games provided. A laundry room for your convenience. The house is right on the water with a dock so you can walk right out to the water. We were bummed that we didn't read the description well enough to realize the pool wasn't open yet. Everything you need is only minutes away! The house, the water, the communication with the owners, the hospitality was impeccable. We will definitely stay here again next time we in the area. Our family absolutely loved this property. Add this property to your list!!
