"Great studio right in the centre of the old town! Walking distance to the lake, a selection of great restaurants and really well equipped. Perfect base for a solo traveller! Although worth noting given it’s an old building (expected given it’s the old town) that the walls are a little thin so you can hear the neighbours and the final staircase up to the studio is pretty narrow/steep so be careful if you have large luggage you may struggle getting up to it. "

"This is a small small room. It is in an old building and all a bit of a mess. Pictures do not give you true perspective of the room. Bed is against the wall so you have to climb over each other to get in bed. We love Annecy but this room was a big disappointment. A lot of money for what it is, untidy, not particularly clean . If you are over 21 do not stay here."

"Location is awesome. It would have been nice if the details explained where parking is located. Parking was not too far away and a breeze. Pricing was not too expensive. The apt. has its challenges. Entry into the building is a bit lacking of desirability. Once you get to the unit it’s spacious and works. Beds are good, heating units take a few to quick in, but downstairs never fully heats up. Our only complaints are no WiFi and the cleanliness. It lacks that extra touch. We’d stay...

"Nice place, fairly centrally located. Check-in process wasn’t smooth and it was hard to find. Once we got in it was fine except the only coffee maker was some sort of Nespresso type of machine that required pods and there were no pods. We tried to buy some but they didn’t seem to work in the machine. "

"J'ai beaucoup apprécié déjà pour la deuxième fois mon séjour au "Le Bertholet 9" tout est impeccable, le studio est parfait pour un séjour, tout le confort, cuisine, salle de bain, serviettes de bains, machine à laver... A mon arrivée, tout était propre et rangé, un luxe et une chance! Juste que le lit n'est pas trop confortable... Ce studio est très bien situé, à quelques pas du centre commercial Courier et quelques minutes du lac. Il n'est pas trop loin de la gare non plus. Le rêve! Etant...
