Located just a stone's throw from the Annecy Sports Park, this flat is ideal for visiting Annecy. It takes only 10 minutes by car to reach the Old Town, where you can discover the Castle, the Palais de l'Ile and its museums. You can also take a walk in the Jardins de l'Europe and enjoy the calm of the lake. You will also find many shops nearby, as well as the cultural centre "La Turbine". Finally, if you want to ski, the resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand are 30 km away.
