Ideal for discovering Annecy, this atypical duplex offers you a warm atmosphere in the heart of the historic center.

Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), there is a living room with equipped kitchen open to the living room, a lounge area with TV and HIFI system.

On the 1st floor, you will find the sleeping area with two bedrooms: a first with two beds (140 and 90) and a second under the roof, with a 140 bed and adjoining bathroom (bath and sink).

EQUIPMENT: hob ; oven ; fridge ; microwave ; dishwasher ; washing machine ; small appliances ; filter coffee maker ; WIFI

Ideal for a short stay in the city center. The apartment is located on rue Carnot, a famous pedestrian street, so there is no parking with the accommodation.

Shops and lake a few meters away.

Die Fewo liegt mitten in der Fußgängerzone der Altstadt und ist dennoch ruhig, nach hinten ausgerichtet. Der Essbereich der Wohnung ist gut, alles andere dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Alte, staubige, fleckige Teppiche und ein zerrissenes altes Ledersofa sind so abstoßend, dass man sich nicht gemütlich aufhalten kann.

Dans cette location ni télévision ni wifi Alors que ces prestations étaient notifiées dans l offre La wifi en vrai est celle de la rue Cela est une prestation mensongère Et la tu il fait mettre l antenne dehors sur le rebord de la fenêtre pour avoir 3 chaînes et donc pas possible de fermer la fermer avec 0 degrés dehors. De plus entre le technicien et l agence le propriétaire n a jamais répondu à notre demande de faire un geste commercial Cela n est pas digne d un propriétaire qui loue son appartement aux touristes
