A perfect 2 person apartment in the heart of Annecy Old town.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The entrance is "unique", where you proceed down an old tunnel, through what was probably an old stable or slaughterhouse(?) and up the stairs. But the apartment was very nice. Well appointed, well maintained. Even though it is on Rue St Claire in the middle of the old-town tourist district, the windows did a great job of keeping out the night-time noise. TV was a little difficult to figure out (not that we were watching anything) - a brief guide in English and French for using the entertainment system would be helpful in the welcome book. Good internet. It was not hot when we were there, and we did not see any A/C, so it might be rather toasty in the heat of summer. Bathroom was well appointed, a good shower and also a washer/dryer (which we did not use). We were perfectly happy with the location and the apartment.

Séjour à Annecy .

L’appartement est très bien situé , très joliment décoré . Le seul petit bémol est que aucun état des lieux n’a été fait à notre arrivée et ni à notre retour . Par ailleurs la propreté laisse à désirée : poubelle salle de bain non vidée avec une couche d’un bébé , le four et le micro onde non nettoyé avec une odeur de poisson et enfin la douche laisse à désirée avec des dépôts d’après shampoing sur les carreaux . Enfin la literie laisse à désirer avec un sommier qui grince énormément sûrement cassé .. c’est dommage car l’appartement est tout cosy.
