Très bien situé ,idéal pour découvrir Annecy à pied . L appartement a du potentiel mais l' état général du logement laisse à désirer, manque d 'équipements basique comme les verres à vin( 3 )pour un appartement de 4/6 pers casserole en fin de vie, hotte dégoutante etc ... L'accueil avec la concierge était fluide , agréable et très arrangeante !

appartement trés bien situé , du lac du centre ville , décoré avec gout , spacieux , manque quelques élèments au niveau de la cuisine mais c était parfait !!
