Modest hotel in the heart of Annecy. Modest is a good description of the room, breakfast and of the whole hotel. Good value for your money, if you are on budget trip or just look for a place to stay over night in the centre!

An excellent location and warm welcome from the staff. It’s perfectly situated near the old city centre and there an u ground car park just by the hotel.

Room 233 should not be occupied by anyone taller than 5' in height. I twice hit my head on the ceiling that slopes into the room by nearly 4 feet. Otherwise, we loved our stay. The location is perfect, parking is immediately next door, and the room and bath were well-appointed. Breakfast was ample. My best to Christine for her assistance before our arrival.

A good hotel near everything in Annecy

Hotel was near the old and more touristic part of Annecy. In 5 to 10 minutes, you could get to most attractions. The hotel was also within walking distance from the train and bus stations. The view from the windows while eating breakfast was amazing!

For a short visit to Annecy the location is great, right in the Old Town. Very good price but room was not wonderful regarding very small size and lack of facilities. Staff very helpful and friendly

Everything was perfect except room facing street was very noisy on Sunday night not sure if it was truck noise/delivery or garbage pick up people were talking out loud past 2 am . Even with earplugs was little uncomfortable. Room is clean but basic . Lobby is very cute and staff are happy and helpful. Fresh grapefruit flavoured water was refreshing on arrival. Breakfast was decent (boiled eggs + some fruits , bread n cheese , jam ) I would return but would ask for a room facing river not street

Your classic budget hotel. Does the trick but nothing fancy, no hand towels or shampoo, etc. The staff was lovely though, set out a cute little basket for us as it was the first night after a long flight for our honeymoon. A good location if you want to explore old Annecy.
