Appartement très pratique

L'appartement est superbe et dispose de toutes les commodités. Il se trouve à deux pas d'un grand Intermarché où il est possible de faire le plein. Le centre ville d'Annecy est à 5 minutes à pieds.

Bien comme à la maison

A première vue l'immeuble ne paie pas de mine, par contre l'appartement nous le fait vite oublier. Les plus: Le centre de la vieille ville est tout proche, c'est très pratique. L'appartement est bien équipé et décoré avec gout. Sel, poivre, huile, sopalin, liquide vaisselle, éponge, torchon, produit lessive étaient déjà dans la cuisine. Au parking collectif, nous avons toujours trouvé une place. Les moins: dans la chambre on entant la TV du voisin et dans le salon le petit voisin doit être footballeur. Le sol de la terrasse et les vitres ne sont pas forcément nettoyés à chaque départ de locataires. L'aspirateur était plein à notre arrivée.

Great stay at Annecy

We have rented the apartment for 8 nights in September/October. The apartment is sparkling clean, very modern and quiet. The bed and pillows are fantastic. It is in a typical apartment building with gated parking. The conciergerie was very responsive to our questions. A caretaker met us for checkin and checkout at the apartment. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the old town. An Intermarche is basically behind the building. The closest boulangerie is a 5 minute walk toward the old town. But our favorite was in the old town called Marmillon: wonderful breads and pastries.
