Un endroit magnifique!

J'ai beaucoup apprécié déjà pour la deuxième fois mon séjour au "Le Bertholet 9" tout est impeccable, le studio est parfait pour un séjour, tout le confort, cuisine, salle de bain, serviettes de bains, machine à laver... A mon arrivée, tout était propre et rangé, un luxe et une chance! Juste que le lit n'est pas trop confortable... Ce studio est très bien situé, à quelques pas du centre commercial Courier et quelques minutes du lac. Il n'est pas trop loin de la gare non plus. Le rêve! Etant malvoyant, ce studio me convient parfaitement car j'y ai trouvé très vite mes marques. La Conciergerie du Lac est à recommander pour son efficacité et son sérieux. Merci au concierge également! Des vacances très réussies dont j'avais grand besoin! Merci pour tout! Je compte y revenir...

Séjour agréable mais bruyant

Restaurant ouvert en extérieur au pied de l'immeuble d'où beaucoup de bruit La wifi ne fonctionnait pas (pas de reconnaissance de la box donc pas de possibilité de noter le mot de passe) Donc pas de télévision non plus. Appartement propre, bien équipé Petit déjeuner au top Panne d'ascenseur toute la durée de notre séjour

Les plus : logement bien équipé, suffisamment proche du centre pour se promener ou se restaurer, suffisamment proche du lac, à deux pas de la gare, (et netflix pour les accros aux séries) Les moins : chambre donnant sur une rue qui reste un axe de circulation non négligeable et place dans le parking privé pas garanti au jour le jour A savoir : pas de cafetière mais une tassimo

Logement propre, fonctionnel et idéalement situé pour se rendre au vieil Annecy à pied. L'accueil a été bon. Le grand plus : un emplacement de parking (et en plus gratuit) !

Séjour appréciable, appartement COSY, très belle cuisine. appartement plutôt bien situé, un peu dérangeant le soir très tard et le matin très tôt à cause du restaurant le Pen juste en dessous.

J'ai mis 3 étoiles parce que l'appartement est plaisant, agréable, rénové donc TRÈS PROPRE dans un bâtiment résidences ; juste choqués en arrivant sur les parties communes, la moquette laisse à désirer quand même !!! avec cafetière dosette, beaucoup de rangements, enceinte bluetooth, 👍, tout est neuf ! La douche top !! ; spacieux pour un couple ! On s'y sent comme chez soi ! Tout y est ! Manque juste le lave-vaisselle annoncé sur certaines plateformes, c'est faux !! il n'y en a pas ! Parking gratuit derrière la résidence mais le premier arrivé, le premier servi, pas toujours de la place, sinon se garer à l'extérieur c'est payant ! L'appartement est situé au cœur du centre-ville avec les commodités certes, la SNCF et gare routière... mais l'inconvénient c'est que c'est trop bruyant !! entre le bar juste en face, ouvert jusqu'à plus d'1 h du matin, plein tous les soirs, personne ne se préoccupe du bruit occasionné ; la circulation à partir de 6h voir 7h du matin sans parler du bruit tous les jours de la poubelle à verres juste en dessous de l'appartement, qui est situé au troisième étage, donc ça résonne, le bruit remonte , la benne à verres pour les récupérer et le camion poubelles... Si vous aimez le bruit, vous serez au bon endroit ! Vous pourrez vous reposer après vos vacances !
