Appartement très bien situé et apparemment restauré depuis peu mais: - pas informé qu'il y avait un garage à vélos ni un 2e et 3e parking disponibles quand le parking du bâtiment était plein. - Balcon non lavé - Des pigeons avaient fait leur nid sur le balcon derrière une vieille armoire en plastique pour ranger les aspirateurs, tables repasser etc. Les 2 pigeonneaux qui s'y trouvaient commençaient à occuper tous le balcon avec les inconvénients associés: excréments, nombreux allers et venues de pigeons, bagarres de pigeons qui ont fait rendre l'âme à la vieille armoire en plastique,... - matelas du lit sale - vieux tapis de l'entrée sale et usé - trop peu de couverts et de casserole
