So close to 5 stars: one main issue

Amazingly located, charming apartment, mostly clean (one bin not emptied); the sole problem was the lack of instruction of how to get through the door from the street (good instructions up to that point and after that point) - and (crucially) no way of contacting anyone (at all) at that time of night. But for a stranger appearing and showing us a ‘cheat’ way through the street door we’d have been urgently looking for alternative accommodation late at night with 4 children after a 14 hour drive. It is possible that i somehow missed the instruction on how to get through the street door - but that is why it is crucial that there is some means of communication (telephone number) - to sort out such issues. I tried messaging the owner to no avail and the booking agent was closed. In the end it all worked out, but it could have been a bit of a disaster.

Wonderful location

We loved this apartment. It was on the most beautiful street, so close to everything. No wifi—which made it difficult for us to communicate properly with the property manager, but that was our issue, not hers. Definitely recommend and will hopefully be back. We loved Annecy!

Cet appartement est très bien situé en ville, idéalement situé. Il était conforme aux photos, mais manquait de quelques produits de première nécessité comme des éponges et du liquide vaisselle. À noter : l'escalier du loft est un peu bancal et le loft lui-même n'est pas assez haut pour se déplacer debout si l'on mesure plus de 152 cm environ. Il n'y a pas de Wi-Fi et ma connexion cellulaire était instable, ce qui a posé problème. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai apprécié cet appartement.

Location très bien située dans le quartier piéton , vivant ! Escalier d’accès au 2eme étage est pentu… luminosité de l’appartement est moindre contrairement aux photos Fonctionnel , bonne literie
