Studio in Annecy with private parking. Explore the region and visit the town!

This is the first time I've offered my studio for rent.

I'll be there in person when you arrive in Annecy.

The studio is well laid out and offers an excellent compromise in terms of location: close to the centre (30 minutes on foot, 10 by bus at the foot of the building) while being quiet and allowing you to leave the city easily to explore the surrounding area: Aravis, Bauge etc.

The main room comprises :

- On the night side, a Mezzanine for 2 people;
- On the lounge side, a sofa (convertible for an additional (small) child's bed if required) and a coffee table;
- The kitchen has all the essentials you need to prepare your meals: fridge, combi oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dining table.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine.

There is a storage cupboard in the entrance hall.

Also at your disposal during your stay: a lock-up for your bicycles & a useful private car park in Annecy.

Please note that all transport in Annecy is free until 31 August. There is a bus stop at the foot of the building.

If you arrive in Annecy by train, the studio is a 10-minute bus ride from the station.

You'll find a range of shops nearby, including a bakery and a grocery store.
