New apartment in an old renovated farmhouse in the suburbs of ANNECY, quiet location, close to shops and buses, with 2 bedrooms, suitable for the best for 3 people, but the small room has a bed of 80 which can be transformed into 160, and the living room sofa sleeps 1 person.
Kitchen open to the living room with high table, induction hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher 6 covers.

Agréable séjour
Logement très bien situé pour visiter la région
L’appartement est bien agencé et plaisant dans un quartier calme.
Contact facile avec ERIC qui est de bons conseils pour découvrir la région et très serviable.

Fantasique
It was the first time there, the first time since ages in France and nothing but a very exciting and positive experience. The host was very kind and helpful if needed. The place has everything you would need to spend a delightful week there.
Kitchen, bath, living space, - all spacious and well equipped. The super-market is just a 5 minutes walk (or 2 minutes bike ride) away and the beach of the mesmerizing Lake Annecy is only 15 minutes by foot or 5 minutes by bike. If we come back - we would be happy to stay here again.

Séjour au lac
Bel appartement très bien situé ( proche du lac à pied et des commerces ) avec une vue sur la montagne et très bien exposé.
Très bon emplacement pour visiter la région.
Propriétaire sympathique et disponible .
