great apartment and great location. needs more than one key - for 3 couples and needs batteries for the remotes for the windows none of this spoilt it - would stay again

Great apartment, but management failed to correct major problems

This is a great apartment in a great location. We were there in late June 2025, during the heat wave, for two weeks. We love Annecy.But from the very first, the air conditioning did not work, despite being prominently mentioned in the listing title. We informed management several times and were told various things to try, but nothing worked. Then they sent the building maintenance guy, who told us he didn't know anything about air conditioning systems. What we wanted was for them to send a real air conditioning technician. After 3 or 4 days, we noticed the floors never cooled down at night. Turns out the floor radiant heat was ON! No air conditioning and floor radiant heat in the midst of the epic late June 2025 heat wave!! Many calls and emails to the management company did not result in any resolution for the first week. It was hard to sleep and intolerably hot even in the early evening. We finally had a/c and floor heat off on day 8.I asked for a partial refund. They offered a very small token, less than 5% discount from the price we paid. As of mid-July 2025, they still haven't paid even that. I will pursue remedies through the VRBO platform and file a complaint with Annecy Tourism. In short - this is a great apartment in a great location, but the management company did not resolve our very important issue for a full week. They still have not paid any compensation, almost 3 weeks later.

Bon emplacement pour accéder à la vieille ville, appartement très spacieux et bien décoré, en revanche il y a quelques petits efforts à faire sur le confort des prestations fournies, passé 24 heures cela devient vraiment désagréable

Excellent week end passé dans l'appartement prestige. A 2 pas du centre historique, appartement de très haut standing. les points négatifs : le hammam n'est plus en fonction, une seule clé pour 8 personnes.

Appartement spacieux, lumineux et bien équipé

L'appartement est bien situé, proche de tout, tout en étant dans un endroit calme. A deux pas se trouve l'entrée de la vieille ville. Le lac est également proche. Sur deux étages, il est très spacieux, chambres lumineuses et la cuisine équipée est bien conçue. Idéal pour des grandes familles ou petits groupes. Excellent accueil de la part de notre hôte.

Bel appartement spacieux

Magnifique lieu jouxtant la vieille ville d'Annecy. Propre et agréable, Je recommande l'endroit. La gentille concierge est à disposition pour toute question ou assistance. Petit soucis d'équipement, pas de produit vaisselle ou éponge et le lave vaisselle n'a pas fonctionné.
