THE ACCOMMODATION

Step into this bright 50 sqm apartment facing south-west and enjoy a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

Located on the 1st floor (out of 2) of a quiet and secure building, accessible via an independent entrance from outside, it offers everything you may need for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, electric shutters, and a private independent garage — very convenient in the city center.

The apartment welcomes you with a bright entrance opening onto a 27 sqm living area.

The living room features a comfortable sofa and a television with access to more than 200 channels. The apartment is equipped with high-speed fiber internet (up to 1 Gbit/s download and up to 900 Mbit/s upload).

The fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, mini-oven) invites you to enjoy convivial meals.

Relax on the well-exposed balcony, equipped with a manual awning, while enjoying the peaceful view over the garden and the mountains.

There are two independent bedrooms, each equipped with a 160 x 200 cm bed and high-quality bedding to ensure a restful sleep, as well as a wardrobe for your belongings. One of the bedrooms includes a workspace.

The bathroom includes a large bathtub, washing machine, heated towel rail, hair dryer, and plenty of storage.
The toilet is separate for added convenience.

For your comfort, all household linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and kitchen towels. Shower gel and shampoo are also available.

Located in Annecy’s “Golden Triangle”, between the lake, Galeries Lafayette and the city center, everything is within walking distance.

Every Saturday morning, Annecy’s market takes place in the neighborhood. Simply step outside the residence gate, while still enjoying the apartment’s quiet setting overlooking the garden.

The nearby bus stops “Parmelan” and “Bonlieu” allow you to reach the east and west shores of the lake (free of charge in summer).

Annecy train station is a 15-minute walk away.

The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area.
In order to preserve this tranquility, it is essential to respect the neighborhood rules, particularly by avoiding noise disturbances, especially during rest hours.

Please note that every Saturday morning, a market takes place on Boulevard Taine from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm.
As a result, access to exit the residence with your vehicle will not be possible approximately between 5:00 am and 3:00 pm. If your departure is scheduled on a Saturday, please make arrangements to park your car outside the residence. A free public parking area is located 100 meters (1 minute walk) from the apartment.

In both winter and summer, enjoy a raclette machine for 4 people for a convivial Alpine experience.
