This isn’t a bad stay for the price. Just depends on what you’re there for. The bed was surprisingly comfortable but the towels were so stiff and scratchy. Coffee is just not something you want to even attempt. But overall not horrible. Unsure if I’ll stay again

The window/phone clerk attitude is not nice at all. His customer service is very poor. And on top of that the hotel is not up to par. My employees will not be coming back.

Terrible
They were rude ...locked me out of my room and kicked me out hours before check out!!! I apologize for needing the washer and dryer to wash clothes, i guess it was suspicious! Needless to say i left at 8 am with a bag full of wet clothes+

Thank you for your review! We did not kick you out of the room. You were a guest of the man who registered for the room. He might have kicked you out of the room. You came to the laundry area and sat there on your phone. You were not doing any laundry and you were speaking very loudly. This was causing a disturbance which is why we asked you to stay in your room or check out. Thank you!

The location was convenient but the hotel staff are bad. Complained about everything we did. Didn't want my kids in the pool because they told them NO SPLASHING or they have to get out. They come in your room when Yu tell them Yu don't want room service. Place is nice need better management and staff

The convenience of location was perfect for us. The worst part of the stay is the very uncomfortable bed. Some people do like a hard bed but it’s not for us.

Beds were super comfortable, micro and furniture a little out dated. Overall stay was good. Only complaint was that there was visible mold in the air unit. Had to get some mold spray to spray in there.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience but we went above and beyond to make you happy we allowed you to to have packages delivered here and put them in your room.also it was race weekend you knew what the prices was before you booked with us.the room was very clean and during your stay you didn't inform us that anything was wrong.nor did you say thank you for anything that was done for you..

Good enough
Check in was through an outside window, no lobby. 2 hour limit in pool area sign. Reasons you will get kicked out. That was fine, ok. Charged $200+ a night for jacuzzi room with cigarette burn holes in the blanket, poor quality soap and shampoo. 1 coffee packet for a 4 day stay. Had a microwave, tabletop for cooking, fridge and 2nd room for eating / lounging. Good enough for a stay, bed was comfortable. Not 200$ a night good.

I'm sorry for inconvenience but lobby has been closed since covid im sorry that you were unsatisfied but you only stayed 3 nights and you didn't pay 200 a night.and race weekend is a special event.you had do not disturb sign on your door so housekeeping didn't serivice your room so that's why you didn't have more coffee if needed more you could have come to office and we would gladly have gave it to you.thank you

Should have been nicer.
Bathroom was extremely small. Mildew and dirt in the corners of bathroom floor. Bed sheets had stains and burnt holes in them. For the price I expected better. Never saw any workers just the man that checked us in. We have a family suite and only a few towels. Should have been better.

Sorry for the inconvenience but there was plenty of towels left in your room.during your stay you never asked for any extra towels the room was clean and no stains or hole in sheets and you also could have asked for some more if there was a problem you had a do not disturb sign on door so housekeeper didn't service your room.thank you

On there website they said they had a pool after driving 7 hours to come to find out they don’t have a pool and I called the next day to see how long breakfast was going on till and come to find out they don’t have Complimentary breakfast like the website also said . Put upfront customer service was okay they just need to upgrade there website because if I would have known about no pool or breakfast I would not have stayed here for 384 for three night , we came into town Goethe race and after a hot day would have loved to jump in the pool that I saw on there website

Run down, worn out furniture, repairs to the ceiling and walls were terrible and the bed was the worst bed I’ve ever slept on.

I have Been staying here off and on since January 24th for business travel. This last time was frustrating and very annoying. I brought my 10 month old daughters(twins) and their sitter and I was Charged full price for them. I thought children stayed free. I guess Not. I ended Up paying for 4 people. I’m beyond aggravated. And then our room would not heat up. Everyone woke up with the sniffles.

Sorry for inconvenience but our policy is to charge for extra persons.you booked for 2 people and thats why you had to pay for extra persons..you wasn't charged for the 10 month old just the extra person and older child..thank you

For the price, it was super clean and surprisingly well managed. One of the front desk people had food or snuff in her mouth when I initially checked in and that was unprofessional to me. Parking is tight but otherwise I enjoyed My stay.

For the price, it was a place to stay which was decently clean. No printer or consistent front desk service, but it was fine. There were no roaches. Some food and a wal mart nearby.

Irate hotel staff
Rude hotel manager how made me feel threatened and yelled at me at check out. An employee of the hotel entered my locked room without even knocking while I was undressed. Hotel was filthy. It was a horrible experience.

Your door was open and you was fully dressed..you left door open so housekeeper thought you checked out..and she never entered your room we have cameras and viewed them...you also had more people that you didn't register and not pay for them..noone threatened you in any way...

The rooms are checked before renting and there was no hair in the bathroom. We charged you an early check-in fee, which was informed to you, because you checked in at 9am and our check-in time is at 2pm. There was no hidden fee. You had a reservation for 2 people in each room, but you had 3 extra people in the room. We had to charge you for that because your reservation was only for 2 people. If you would have declared how people are going to be in the room, then this would not have been an issue. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you.

Great price for a good stay
Checked in late that evening & the clerk could have been a little less pushy. The room was clean. It could use a few updates, but it is well work the money for the stay.

I won’t stay here again!!!
I had to leave early and i received a call at 10 am being harassed. The man told that I stole all the rags and towels and I had an hour to bring them back or he’d charge my card. I had to drive 45 back just to get there and walk in the room and he said it was a mistake because they found them.

Im sorry this was a mistake but if you wouldn't have stuffed all towels under the bed frame and left them in bathroom it would not have happened that way..the housekeeper finally found them stuffed underbed...
