Firstly I would say that the staff were wonderful and the location was superb, however the room itself was a disappointment Whilst we cannot fault the cleanliness of the room, it was very underwhelming and certainly didn't resemble any of the many photographs we saw of this hotel. Our room number was 15 and we suspected it might well have been staff quarters. The furniture was sparse to say the least, the bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable, also we had an empty duvet cover on the bed, there was no other sheet and no blanket supplied which we would have expected at this time of the year as the evenings can get cool. We requested a duvet so that we could lie on this and it did help to make it more comfortable, but we felt given what we had paid for the room and alterntive hotels in the area, we did not have a great deal. It's a pity because the hotel has so much potential, but from our experience, the decor and furnishings are very much lacking.

Sıvı sabun yoktu, klima kumandasının pili bitmişti. Çalışanların da pek ilgili olduklarını söyleyemem. Havlular yıpranmış ve kirli gözüküyordu. Sosyal alanı yok gibi. Vasat bir otel.kahvaltı vasat . Yeri merkezi ama otopark yok. 800 metre mesafede belediyenin otoparkına germek lazım . Yakındaki otoparklar çık aşırı pahalı . Bir daha kalmam mecbur olmadıkça.

Posizione comoda a tutti i servizi. Ottimo wifi. Buona la parte salata della colazione, un po' meno quelle dolce. Personale gentile e cortese. Consiglio di porre maggior attenzione alla pulizia del bagno, e di predisporre supporti per appoggiare le cose in bagno, che ne e' totalmente sprovvisto. Abbiamo dovuto spostare il tavolino della camera in bagno

This is my second time staying but not my last. Excellent check in, friendly staff, great city centre pool, lovely room, nice breakfast and location, location, location. Highly recommended

Le hôtel est magnifique avec une belle piscine, la chambre était très grand et très confortable avec une belle vue sur la ville; le personnel était très gentil; en plus l’hôtel est très bien situé dans la vieille ville près des restos et des sites d’intérêts ainsi que du transport en commun.

We stayed here for 4 days as we were attending a wedding in the old town. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect and right in the old town, convenient for shopping and dining options. All round great hotel and great location. Thank you to all the staff.

I travelled with my father & daughter we stayed in the family room it was very spacious with plenty of wardrobe space also a small fridge & tea/coffee which was topped up everyday. I have stayed in other hotels in Kaleici & this is by far best value for your money the breakfast was plentiful the restaurant wasn't open as its out of season but you can see they are starting to prepare for summertime. The location is perfect close to everything. We will be staying here again.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Hotel Urcu haben wir für einen kurzen Stopp in Antalya genutzt, und dafür ist die Unterkunft ganz hervorragend geeignet. Sie liegt nah zur Altstadt, ist aber trotzdem ruhig. Es gibt sogar einen Pool, den man nach einem hitzigen Tag in Antalya wunderbar nutzen kann. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimnt, man bekommt geräumige Zimmer für einen moderaten Preis.
