Staff were busy but helpful. Clean hotel but a little dated. We had the buffet 1 night and would not recommend the food. Entertainment the night we went was non existent. Pool area was always busy and a sun trap! We went self catering and were happy with the location (4min drive to Caletta de Fuste).

Nice sized apartment we had with a view of the sea and airport. Only 10 mins from the airport so very handy. Nice quiet area with a free shuttle bus to the main town, 4 pubs with in a 5 min walk so a nice quiet relaxing holiday

Nice hotel with some scope for improvements

This hotel has the advantage that it is only a few minutes from the Airport, and the nearby Town. It looks good but there are some areas that need attention including: - Some of the paint-work which is looking rather worn. - The poolside tends to get rather busy with limited area to relax - Internet is not available in all areas of the hotel, although there is a desk in the Reception area for use of computers. - There is only one lift which means that many parts of the hotel are not step free although I was able to get help from a member of staff with my rather heavy case. But, the rooms are nice and comfortable with good TV coverage.

Cockroaches in the room. Subpar breakfast, they had different dishes everyday so it was a real hit or miss. Gym was passable, 90% of the machines were out of order. The hotel was regularly cleaned and the staff were always very kind and helpful. The pool was too small for the volume of people sitting around the pool. The noise levels at night were often very disturbing with shouting and roaring often heard during the night. The hotel was a long distance from the beach although there was a free bus shuttle from 10.20 am. I would probably choose a different location next time.

Good holiday

This was a standard hotel for a 3 star. It’s what it says on the tin. The beds were really comfy. The rooms were spacious with a huge balcony with private deck chairs for the afternoon sun. Kitchen with utensils and the bathroom was big. The shower was hot and powerful. The pool was cold as is expected for this time of year. Plenty of sun beds and the pool bar was well stocked. We were all inclusive and there was a vast variety of drink’s available. Snacks were exactly that. The breakfast was ample. Cooked, continental and cereals. The dinners were nice. Good variety and a good salad bar too. Lunch in the restaurant was a good mix too. Overall the hotel was more than adequate for us. 3 Lively bars within a 2 min walk and another about 5 mins away. Scooters to the town of caleta de fuste along the costal path cost €4 which were good fun. The bar in the evening was lively. Entertainment was standard but a good atmosphere. I honestly can’t fault this place for what we paid and needed as a couple of mates getting away to the sun for a catch up. 10mins to the airport and cheap local bus transport. There was a free shuttle bus to the beach and town that ran 6/7 times a day from the front door.

Overall a pleasantly stay

Staff were excellent and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean, but window in bathroom couldn't be opened and fan didn't work. Restaurant had a good choice of food. We had booked room only ..but probably should have changed to all inclusive as ate there mostly. Public areas - staircases particularly weren't swept or cleaned very often which was a pity. Also place had a tired look...doors and some walls needed paint. However, overall we enjoyed our stay.

My stay was not an ocean view like I had paid for. The floors were dirty. Walking around the room from the shower to the bed back and forth had caused the bottom of my feet to become black. There was no air conditioning in the units and it was hot. The lights kept flickering on and off in the room. The bathroom door kept getting stuck and we couldn’t close it. Somebody randomly came and knocked on our door at 2am which was extremely uncomfortable until I heard them walking away.

This was the worst experience I have had in an hotel. Our flight was cancelled and we needed to book an hotel near the airport. We used Expedia to book this hotel, we received the confirmation email. On arrival there were already people from the airport that had booked too. Once we got to speak to the receptionist, he said our booking wasn’t showing on their system so we couldn’t book the room. I showed him the email and he still wouldn’t book us a room. He said we could book a room directly with them, but couldn’t guarantee that a second payment wouldn’t be taken. He then suggested we take a seat & wait for 30mins to see if the booking came through. I then contacted Expedia via chat, they confirmed the booking & tried to call the hotel on a number of occasions, but they never picked up. After 30mins plus, I spoke to him again & he said the system was now down & there was nothing he could do, even though he was booking in other guests. We eventually got our room key, but this had taken well over an hour & a half. I have never deal with such a rude person at a hotel. The hotel room itself was old, dated & needed completely gutted & refurbished. There were small bugs crawling over the kitchen worktops, & the place felt dirty. We didn’t sleep well as it was very hot with no a/c. We were very happy to be leaving at 6am, even though our flight was not for another 5hrs. If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. Expedia were excellent in helping us.

It was a nice stay. The beds were comfortable, however there are bugs everywhere in the room. The food was surprisingly ok, although at times hard and cold. We weren’t given the warmest welcome and then were placed and the other end of the hotel; furthest possible point. It was quite evident as to why. Would I return? No.Many Thanks for your services

La struttura è molto datata, scarsa pulizia nelle camere e nelle aree comuni (i lettini in piscina erano molto sporchi), gli asciugamani spesso erano rotti e le lenzuola macchiate. Il ristorante invece offre una buona varietà ed il cibo è buono.. simpatici anche i camerieri. Il resto è tutto da migliorare.

Als Zwischenstop sehr zu empfehlen!

Als Flughafenhotel wegen ungünstiger Flugzeiten genutzt Busfahrt Linie 3 Flughafen -Hotel kostet 1,40 Euro pro Person. Schönes Zimmer in Sport komplex im ersten Stock erhalten. Balkon hat morgens Sonne satt. Seitlicher Meerblick mit großen Palmen. Bad mit neuer Badewanne und Bidet. Kleine ausgestattet Apartmentküche mit 2 Kochplatten und Mikrowelle vorhanden. Toster kann geliehen werden. Abendessen im Restaurant als Buffet für 11 Euro pro Person {Truthahn, Schwein, Hähnchen und Seehecht, dazu Lassagne, Pizza, Gemüse, Reis, Bratkartoffeln, Kanarische Kartoffeln, Suppe sowie ein Salat Buffet) Es gibt eine kleine Außenterrasse mit 7 oder 8 Tischen. Dort haben wir beinahe alleine gegessen, die anderen alle drinnen. Ein Stockwerk tiefer gab es eine Bar mit Livemusik von 21-22:30 Uhr. MiniSupermarkt im Haus vorhanden. Windgeschützter Pool( nicht genutzt da er um 18 Uhr schließt). Frühstück im selben Restaurant morgens für 6 Euro mit Guter Auswahl. Sehr positives und motiviertes Team im Restaurant und an der Rezeption. Kostenloser Pendelbus zum Shoppingcenter und den anderen Elba Hotels. Als Flughafenhotel 10 von 10 Punkten.
