Excellent property, not often you get what you see online, but this villa was exactly as advertised. A great personal welcome from the owners, who travelled over to see us, which was a great touch. Cannot fault anything at all, the villa was perfect, clean and spacious! We had a great time here and will definitely be back!

Wonderful villa !

This very luxurious villa is perfectly located near the coastal road making it an easy walk to the shopping centre The garden outlook over the golf course is lovely. Carlos was very attentive We highly recommend this large modern villa with gorgeous outdoor space.

Excellent spacious property. This was our second visit. 20 in a cab from the airport. Our flight arrived late morning, we messaged Charly before we left to ask if we could drop our bags at the Villa whilst it was cleaned. 10 minutes walk to the shopping centre and bars. Had lunch, bought essentials from the Spar and checked in an hour early. Check in was simple, Marcela was a superb host. a/c in all rooms works really well. Pool was clean and lovely and warm. Pool cleaner came during our stay. Taxis to the centre of Caleta de Fuste (Fado Rock) 5, download the app to book taxis. Contact with Charly and Marcela was simple with prompt replies, excellent hosts.

Property is very clean and has everything that you need. The welcome package of drinks and snack was amazing. Great communication from Marcela and Carlos. They were very accommodating when our flights were changed. Taxi was around 4-5 euros to get to the port. Supermarket was a 10 minute walk. In all a very enjoyable stay. Thank you

Absolutely outstanding

Marcela's villa is absolutely beautiful. Perfect for our family of 2 adults and 4 children (15, 12, 5 and 3 years old). The pool area is great - loads of sun but plenty of shade if needed. A short walk to a supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants so we didnt need to hire a car and used the reliable local taxi service if we were going a bit further afield. The whole villa was extremely well equipped with everything we needed. Marcela was wonderful and kept in touch, answering any questions we had before and during our stay. The snacks and drinks/water on arrival were super helpful! Thanks Marcela and Diego for an unforgettable stay!

Let’s start with the positives.Villa is spacious and in a good location for a short taxi ride to restaurants and bars. Due to late arrival to the villa the owner arranged for some groceries to be provided so that we had something to eat and drink upon arrival. This obviously wasn’t free but there were also beers and soft drinks plus other bits and bobs that were provided at no cost, which was much appreciated. Overall we had an enjoyable stay but compared to other villas in various canary island locations we’ve stayed at, this villa unfortunately didn’t compare for a number of reasons.Negatives.Awful communication from our contact. Not sure if it was a management company or the owner. Aircon unit in main living area leaked as soon as we arrived and despite promise of it being fixed it never was despite being told a technician would come on two separate occasions. Villa is in desperate need of some work such as plug sockets very loose, light shade in main bedroom hanging by the wire, shower head in second bedroom coming off the wall, plus many other touch up jobs. By day 3 the pool was filthy and when the pool cleaner came he told us the pump hadn’t been working and that we should have been informed not to go in the water. We were never informed and when I messaged our contact asking if he knew (I also took the opportunity to point out the other issues noted above) I didn’t even get a response…..and still haven’t. Better villas out there than this one so choose carefully.

Leider eine Enttäuschung

Wir haben diese Villa gebucht, da sie einen whirlpool in der Beschreibung hat. Bei der Ankunft stellte sich heraus, dass dieser schon seit zwei Jahren nicht mehr existiert. Angeblich sei dies bekannt, aber bis heute wird in der Beschreibung damit geworben. Aufgrund dessen bekamen wir, nachdem wir fewo involviert haben, eine kleine Entschädigung vom Vermieter. Ich sehe das auf jeden Fall als arglistige Täuschung, da bis heute damit geworden wird. Schade! Mängel gab es viele, Türen hatten kein Schloss und gingen ständig auf, die Klimaanlage im Hauptraum war laut und scheinbar defekt. Die pool Heizung war sowohl am Tag als auch in der Nacht so laut, dass man keine Ruhe fand. Einige Kakerlaken in der Küche und die allgemeine Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Der Außenbereich ist dringend zu renovieren, ebenso die Beleuchtung, viele Leuchten funktionieren nicht. Es ist wirklich nicht ansprechend, schade. Wir können es leider nicht empfehlen und würden auch nicht wieder kommen...

Mooie villa met privé zwembad

Top villa! Mooie kamers en een heerlijk verwant zwembad! We waren daar met 8 volwassenen tussen de 43 en 61 jaaar. Het tweepersoonsbed op de kleine kamer kraakt enorm dus die mag vervangen worden! Verder was alles aanwezig inclusief lekkernijen die de eigenaar voor ons had klaar gezet. Een top villa waarvandaan je het hele eiland kan verkennen!

Amazing villa, accommodated 7 people very easily.

The villa was very spacious and well laid out. Two main rooms have en-suites with showers and the final two share a shower / toilet room, which was a nice setup. It was very clean and tidy. The pool area was excellent and easily accommodated 7 people. We loved staying here and would definitely return.
