Although our unit door locked, the back outer door of the building had a broken lock, and our door had no peep hole to see anyone who came in. There appeared to be an unhoused person sleeping right outside of the front of the building. There are cameras around the building but there was no lighting in the parking lot and it was pretty dark. ”
