“This was our second time to stay here. The host is wonderful. We were here from Thursday until Tuesday on Memorial weekend when we came in from 4 wheeling all day on Saturday the air conditioning wasn’t working. It was 80 degrees in the home. I contacted the host and she returned my call within 2-3 minutes. She contacted her repair person and he was there within 30 minutes. Fixed the problem and we were cool again. We sat outside on our large deck area and then some of us walked over to the play area! We spent a lot of time there, it was a Wonderful vacation just not long enough! We will be going back! “Property was very nice, comfortable, convenient. Kim did a great job in communicating with us and providing ideas for things to do in the area. She even had a delicious pie in the refrigerator, from the Ringold Cafe. This was a great place to stay for our anniversary. The area is beautiful. We would definitely recommend this place to stay. “My husband and I have enjoyed a most relaxing weekend at Pine Knot Cabin! We loved the check-in process because it is keyless entry and didn't have to arrange to meet someone at the cabin when we arrived! The heart-shaped hot tub was a nice way to unwind after a 3 hour trip. The jets on one side of the hot tub worked really well but the other side was disappointing. Overall, it was not only our first vacation in 10 years but our first getaway as a couple; well worth our time and money!!”
