Het personeel was erg vriendelijk,helaas was de kamer. Niet gereed,het duurde een uurtje voordat de kamer klaar was,we kregen een wijntje aangeboden,dat was prima. We komen graag terug,maar dan wel een grotere kamer,er was zelfs geen stoel aanwezig,daar was ook geen ruimte voor, vroeger maakte wij daar geen probleem van,maar mijn vrouw heeft loop problemen,dan is het fijn dat je op een stoel kan zitten.

The only hotel I’ve encountered who describe rooms on the first floor as having a “city view”, and a double bed as being 2 twin mattresses on top of a double base. When questioned the response was ( I paraphrase) first come first served. Despite my daughter checking in mid afternoon. Dishonest and false advertising. I know this hotel responds to reviews so I’m fully expecting at best “ sorry to disappoint”, which is a euphemism for talk to the hand. If you value a proper double bed and being away from the street, avoid this hotel,

Hotel with a Rooftop View!

Excellent and very centrally located hotel in Antwerp. We originally booked the executive suite at the top level with amazing windows and patio, however it gets very very hot and almost too hot to sleep in at night. After a couple days, we've finally caved and moved downstairs to a way more comfortable room, with a nice little private sauna and equally as beautiful view.

Hotel muito bom, localização excelente. Cafe da manhã ótimo.. atendente da recepção n muito atenciosa qdo pedimos travesseiro extra, disse q n tinha, mas depois conseguiu. O banheiro tem uma parede de vidro para o quarto, oq tira a um pouco a privacidade. Eles oferecem drinks no final da tarde num ambiente muito legal. Cidade surpreendente!!!!

Class property in a great location. Wonderful evening wine and snack happy hour. However, the shower was full of mold in practically every corner! Disgusting! Had the size up from the tiny room and the size was fine, just me staying. Lovely area, plenty around but no noise from the street. Good times for checking in and out, great facilities in the room but could do with some additional surfaces. Great large shower and bed. Nice toiletries. Good range of tv channels. Would have liked a safe that could fit a laptop and the scent that’s pumped through the corridors is pretty strong. Would likely book this again.

This hotel would be simply amazing if it were clean! Our room clearly has not been properly cleaned in a white. The bath/shower had stains in it, there was dust on the night stands and when cleaning came the next day they did not wash/replace our coffee cups. It is a shame because otherwise this property would have received a 5-star rating from me.

Slept with two twin beds and they were not supportive at all. Woke up with back pain by second day and very impossible to sit on. The tub was stained and there is no laundry available although listed on the property. There was a laundromat down the street though. Not a lot of room for toiletries if travelling with more than one person and breakfast was okay but the least favorite of all of our stays during this trip. The location is wonderful for shopping.

Hervorragendes Stadthotel, hatten ein Konzert am Linkeroever besucht.. konnten direkt vom Hotel mit etwas längeren Fußweg zum Konzertgelände durch den Sint-Anna-Tunnel laufen, Antwerpen ist eine wunderschöne, schnuckelige Stadt, das Hotel hatte Zimmer. mit durchdachten Einrichtungen und ausreichendem Komfort, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Safe, die Betten waren sensationell weich. (mag möglicherweise nicht jeder), aber nicht durchgelegen, sondern super komfortabel. Die Snacks und die Getränke ab 16:30 Uhr sind außergewöhnlich, Sekt, Bier, Softdrinks und leckere Bits im schönen Lichthof genossen. Kleine Wermutstropfen: die Rezeption war völlig überfordert, offenbar mit dem Antrag aufgrund mehrere Veranstaltungen am Wochenende, konnten unser erstes Zimmer etwas später und das zweite Hotelzimmer nur mit deutlicher Verspätung beziehen… hätten wir schon zum Einlass am Konzert sein wollen, wäre das schief gelaufen

Nice hotel, but check in process terrible.

Great hotel however the check in process was one of the worst experiences I have ever had whilst travelling. We arrived at 2pm to pick our bags up and wait in the lobby for check in at 3. We was then told room was not ready but to take a seat and they would be over to let us know when the room was ready. Little to our knowledge this was the case for most rooms and a queue that stretched into the street had formed. I rejoined the queue at 4pm however people who had also been waited jumped the queue. Staff had zero idea how to handle a busy situation. Checkout at 12pm I will assume will be the issue as it leaves house keeping only 3 hours to clean all rooms. Thankfully at 16:15 we finally got our key and we could go to our room which left little time to get ready as we had plans.

De locatie is erg goed te noemen. Het personeel was super vriendelijk. Ik denk dat wij een beetje pech hadden met de kamer want deze was heel erg basic. De kamer was erg schoon en het bed sliep prima. Verbeterpuntje zijn isolerende kozijnen, was best luidruchtig en gordijnen goed sluitend.
