Stayed one night while visiting Antwerp. The room was very nice and comfortable. The check in are with it's attached dining tables are unusual but lovely. Above everything else, the two hostesses that interacted with me were very hospitable with top level customer service!!! 5 stars++ for them easily.
Great small boutique hotel - location was great - easy to walk to the old town and also the shopping area and station and also plenty of great areas for food & drinks. Rooms were nice, staff were friendly
A beautiful small hotel with excellent staff - attention to detail was very good - lovely breakfast & the sun was shinning - really enjoyed my stay in Antwerp & will definitely return to this hotel.
Very comfortable property that is kept immaculate. The staff at the front desk are very accommodating. We loved our morning cappuccinos and the breakfast was simple but excellent. It’s a very quiet neighbourhood but a short walk to the Cathedral area will provide all the dining and drinking options. We checked out the weekend market which was only two blocks away and that was well worth it!
the staff was fantastic and the location was convenient. My only negative is that the room was so sparsely furnished. No bureaus, and no nightstands. I had no place to easily put a glass of water or for that matter, my phone. Plus no view whatsoever. but I must reiterate the staff was exceellent.
The hotel was beautiful, and the service was completely amazing. Amandine was super, super helpful helping us book reservations for dinner and more.
Would come back again in a hearbeat.
great hotel in a nice location. Bathroom was nice and modern, entryway as well and could not hear the neighbours at night. Sexy decor and tram stop right outside hotel. 10/10
The staff was absolutely fantastic and continually offered assistance whenever we needed it. One of the employees went outta her way to help secure a reservation to a restaurant I wasn’t able to dine 7 years ago. Top notch all the way
This is a boutique hotel tucked into a street of retail business. My room was surprisingly large for a European hotel. The bathroom is amazing. It has a lovely, large bathtub as well as a separate shower. The toilet is in a separate area in a literal water closet. Ellie, one of the front desk people, was absolutely wonderful. Incredibly helpful.
Hotel is in a good location, about 10-15 minute walk from Grote Market and 5 minutes from main shopping street. Hotel is small but a lovely boutique style with comfortable rooms. Breakfast has a good choice, gluten free rolls provided, from 7-12.
