"Amazing location - train on the Yamanote line which go around all the must see in Tokyo. The lifts has a long wait sometimes specially during check-out times. The staff are very helpful and friendly - we managed to check in at 12nn by paying an extra AUD$30 which is quite cheap compared to other hotels 😊"

"Great location. Less than a block from Ryogoku station. This neighborhood has to s of sumo history and interesting restaurants owned by some of the wrestlers. We felt safe all the time. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Koko hotel Residence. As the name implies we found everything we needed in the kitchenette. It included cups bowls spoons etc. A microwave (low power) good size mini fridge and electric tea kettle. The lobby also provided disposable items such as toothbrushes if needed. The room offered slippers and robes and a washer/dryer combo that we made good use of (once we figured out how to use it...it was a bit tricky inspite of the translated photo instructions- each phase has to be set separately- wash, then set it to spin). The location was ideal for sightseeing in Asakusa and close enough to the subway station (12 min walk) if exploring other parts of Tokyo. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Beds are not soft. Lawsons nearby and 7 eleven within a 5 min walk. Lots of restaurants around and the Samurai Ninja Museum is a 10 minute walk and a must do! A cultural and interactive experience that we all enjoyed. We had a view of the Skytree from our room. "

"Staffs are super courteous, responsive and polite. Room (three single beds) is clean and I especially like the toilet and bathroom are separated (乾濕分離）。 The Big Bath on 2nd floor is nice and neat. Recommendation: there are three washing machines (2 in 1 so drying option is included). The hotel may need to consider doubling the number of these units. No complaint, just a recommendation. "
