Staff were very friendly and helpful, location was excellent right beside a lake, temple, and beautiful Ueno park. The only other thing I would have appreciated at this hotel was if there were public baths that allowed for a cover/swimsuit.

The property location is great! Easy access to the trains and lots of options close by for food and entertainment. The room was modern & clean although a bit small (as are most Japanese hotels).
