Adelphes Beachfront Apartment
Apartment Adelphes is located a few metres away from the sandy beach of Kalives, a picturesque seaside village in Apokoronas about 20 kilometres from Chania town. It`s an ideal choice for families but also for groups of friends, who want to actively relax but also enjoy the lively atmosphere of the area. In walking distance you can find many restaurants ,shops and beach bars.
Adelphes apartment consists of 2 comfortable bedrooms that can sleep 4 guests, and a WC on the ground floor. On the first floor you can find a kitchen/dining area, a living room with a big retractable sofa that can sleep 2 more guests and a bathroom with a bathtub. From the living room you can access the balcony which has a sitting area, perfect for your morning coffee!
In front of the property you can easily find parking space.
Guests have full access to all areas of the private villa. There is a big shared garden with grass and a nice sandy beach at the other side of the complex.
Kalives is a big beach resort town full of life and activities 20 minutes away from Chania city. It has 2 big beaches and offers all kinds of amenities. More traditional and picturesque villas can be found around Kalives, just a short distance by car.
Right opposite the villa there is a big supermarket, the biggest of the area. Within walking distance you will find many cafes, restaurants and shops. It is the ideal location for someone who does not want to use the car to move around.

4-The house is located in a natural environment surrounded by nature. As part of the Greek ecosystem, insects such as cicadas, bees, flies, etc. may be present in the outdoor areas.
5-External visitors require prior approval.
6-The consumption of drugs or engagement in any illegal activity, according to Greek law, is strictly prohibited on the property.
7-Any extra services requested during the stay are subject to additional charges.
8-One baby cot and one high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. Any additional items are subject to an extra fee.
9-Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, utensils, or any other property supplied with the rental must not be taken out or transferred from one location to another.
10-Although the PROPERTY is in pristine condition, the OWNER cannot guarantee against failure of heating, air conditioning, WLAN, TVs, satellite receivers, or other appliances. Any inoperative equipment must be reported immediately to the contact person. The OWNER will make every reasonable effort to have repairs completed quickly and efficiently.
11-The OWNER attempts to properly maintain the PROPERTY in pristine condition; any unsafe or dangerous condition must be reported immediately to the OWNER or the Manager.
12-The GUEST acknowledges that the use of the property, including all facilities, equipment, and installations, is entirely at the GUEST’s own risk. The property management and OWNER are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur during the stay.
13-Guests are fully responsible for their own safety, belongings, and personal items.
14-The host is not responsible for the behavior, noise, or actions of any third parties outside the property.
15-The manager must be notified of any events or commercial advertising activities taking place on the property, as additional fees may apply.
16-Please note that this is a private house, not a hotel. Guests are kindly asked to review the listed amenities carefully and not expect services or facilities that are not clearly stated in the listing.
