Villa Avra by Villa Plus

Villa Avra is a 4 bedroom property full of charm and character with its exposed stonework, beautiful gardens and stylish interiors. It has lots of terraces for relaxing and enjoying the distant sea and countryside views. The villa is also perfect for beach goers - Kavros Beach, along with a seafront restaurant, is a mere 5 minute walk away. There is a choice of shops, bars and restaurants around 10 minutes' drive away. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Avra is located in the area of Kavros in Chania and is ideal for those wishing to be within walking distance to the beach and a restaurant. A short drive will take you to the local amenities of Kavros and to the small resort of Giorgoupoli with a few shops, restaurants and bars located around the beautiful village square. The house is ideally placed for access to the main highway which runs along the North and the East Coast.

Main pool: 5 x 5 mtr, 1.52 - 1.52 mtr depth

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.

Greek Climate Resilience Tax - €15.00 per villa per night. Payable during check-in.

What a great way to experience Crete

Die Villa ist wirklich schön. Groß genug war sie auf jeden Fall für uns (5 Erwachsene). Sie liegt recht abgelegen, direkt nebenan ist eine andere Villa, allerdings sieht man sich nicht gegenseitig. Es wurde einmal zwischendurch sauber gemacht, die Leute waren sehr höflich und gründlich. Auch Handtücher wurden netterweise gewechselt. Das einzige, was man eventuell bemängeln könnte, wäre das Hintergrundgeräusch der Schnellstraße. Aber dafür konnte man das Meer sehen und hören. Sachen des täglichen Bedarfs sind auch gut erreichbar. Der Garten ist top. Avocados, Granatäpfel und kleine Zitrusfrüchte kann man dort pflücken
