The Ocean View Family Retreat at Apollo Bay is in an iconic position set less than 200 metres from Apollo Bay’s pristine beach and walking distance to boutique shops, cafes and restaurants. A north facing orientation, high ceilings with large windows overlooking the wrap around balconies which have uninterrupted water views.
This lovely modern property caters well for couples, singles or families. It is self-contained and fully furnished. It has 3 large bedrooms (one with queen and single bed, one with single bunk bed and the third with a double and a single), a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a powder room. All amenities are provided including gas BBQ, large LED Smart TV, DVD player, gas log fire, air-conditioning, washing machine, clothes dryer, microwave, dishwasher and a complete range of appliances. Quality linen is also provided, as well as doonas, blankets, pillows and towels.
Spacious and light open plan living area accentuated by timber flooring and large windows, leads out onto an impressive wrap around balcony which is the perfect place to relax and soak in the views of both the ocean and the Otways. A large kitchen with island bench and dishwasher, separate dining area, split system heating/cooling, ceiling fans and a gas log fire. The generously proportioned master suite provides access to the wrap around balcony and features a walk in robe and an ensuite. There is also a separate powder room servicing upstairs. Downstairs comprises 2 further spacious bedrooms both with built in robes, a central bathroom with corner spa and laundry with machine and dryer. All of this is surrounded by established low maintenance gardens and a rear courtyard surrounded by other established homes offering the perfect place to take advantage of a sea change holiday.
